I had a foot surgery recently, and couldn't get my foot wet for two weeks, and couldn't shower without a lot of help, and precautions. Fortunately, I had this on hand, and it turned out to be a life saver.I have super fine hair. It's delicate, and gets incredibly oily in 12hrs or less. This is the first time trying this plant based dry shampoo, I love that it’s better for the environment and uses less packaging than the usual products. The first thing I noticed was the pleasant but not to overpowering floral fragrance, it lasts on the hair for a while after use. When using applied to the roots it definitely gave my hair a fresh lift and stopped any greasy look. There was very little white residue after use but when I then brushed my hair through this disappeared. My hair definitely looks cleaner though doesn’t have the same shine as it would after washing and conditioning but it is an ideal and quick solution for in between washes.

I have bought many Batiste products before, and this is the only one I legitimately cannot stand. All the others have impressed me with how they extract oil while still keeping hair hydrated. I don’t know what’s wrong with this one, but it’s really bad. I have fine hair, like the product specifies, and for some reason the spray seems to come out in a simultaneously chalky and sticky way, making my hair’s texture awful. It’s harder to blend it in with the hair because it sprays on kind of thick, so the roots are all chalky, pale, and overall gross. My hair just feels awful after using and I’m really disappointed, as I have been trying to make my beauty products more sustainable. I would say this one is a complete misstep of the company.

It’s easy to use and spray in sections, the fragrance is appealing and mild, not too strong and not chemical which is plus.After spraying and spreading it through, hair instantly become less greasy, it gives volume and body, makes hair fuller. However the effect doesn’t stay long and hair becomes bored and flat, greasy very soon.Cons:Leaves scalp full of white granules which fall over clothes every time when touching/brushing hair.Hair is very frizzy, fly away and static, unmanageable.Hair is looking and feeling like straws.Did not make much difference, hair still look dull and in need of wash.After using it for some time I would not recommend and would not repurchase unless I needed it in emergency.
I am very pleased with the Baptiste Bamboo and Gardenia Dry Shampoo. It instantly refreshes my hair especially the oily roots. It leaves a soft scent and a fresh feel. My hair never feels stiff, sticky or weighed down. It lifts the hair at the root without leaving a white colour or residue behind. The packaging itself is beautiful and more environmentally friendly than before. I am really happy with the use of natural ingredients in this products such as the bamboo fibres. The packaging itself is beautifully designed. The spray offers a fine continuous mist with the easiest application. I highly recommend trying this product.
This product is an absolute godsend! I try not to wash my hair every day, as I used to do it and I learned that it’s not good for your hair to do it every day. So on the in between days, I use this. It’s amazing!! Not only does it absorb the oils, it smells amazing and gives your hair volume! What I do is I spray it on, leave for 10-15 minutes, brush through my hair thoroughly, then I blow dry and use a barrel brush on the ends to turn them inward, then use on the roots to give my hair some height! Then voilà ! My hairs as good as if it had just been freshly washed! Highly recommend this product!
I needed to get a good dry shampoo as now works are now heading back to normality - it is time to get ready and run out the door - with the kids. I suffer with greasy hair and if I miss one day not washing my hair it looks awful and very dirty. I seen this product - Batiste Bamboo and Gardenia dry shampoo and I thought I would give it a try. The product works well with my hair and it takes two minutes to get my hair looking from greasy to nice and clean. I have very fine hair but this product has extra lift to help my hair. There is no water needed, it has natural extracts, delicate scent, vegan friendly, invisible finish and also recyclable!!! What's not to like about this product. If you have busy morning like myself then give this a try - it wont disappoint.
Bought this as it was on offer. I've been using batiste for years, and love the volume and brunette dry shampoos. I thought that this would be pretty similar but it's genuinely just awful. Does a really poor job of absorbing grease when I apply the usual amount, so not really very useful for its intended purpose. Also, when I brush my hair after using this product, it comes down into the ends of my hair and makes them sticky and dry. I've tried using more, using less, waiting longer to brush my hair but it's just the same. Don't even think I can finish the bottle, it's that bad.

It’s was just good as fresh hair.my second concern was whether the product will leave any white marks on the hair, as sometimes happen if you spray too close or too much. When using this new one, I didn’t see any marks of dry shampoo over my hair, even if I sprayed few times on the same place.I did like this product as it smells lovely, gives you that fresh hair feeling. Besides, doesn’t leave any marks, doesn’t irritate the scalp and gives you some hair lift. Highly recommended product
