This is a review, rather than some 'preaching to the converted/curious' by way of my own biased opinion (my taste is definitely going to differ from yours).Over the last 2 years or so, the original Batman TV series has aired on TV - with commercials, albeit on an SBS-related channel (the commercials were more tolerable than commercial stations); revisiting the series gave me a new perspective.So imagine life with Batman & co. devoid of any interruptions - PLUS 3 hours of stuff you DIDN'T see on TV!Life doesn't get much better!

Love this TV series since I was a kid. Still love it today. Lots of laughs lots of fun. The Joker is one of the best Jokers ever performed. Top acting. I give this show 10/10 Watch it its funny!

I hate to say Batgirl ruined Season 3 but they fiddled with the formula. Always entertaining though to see just how hokey the whole thing is & marvel at how they got so many famous people to be the Villians!

So glad I bought this series. It takes me back to my childhood, and memories of playing with my batmobile while watching the show. Great colour and original batman characters are the best. A must see for all true Batman fans, old and young alike.
The Adam West + Burt Ward `Batman' TV series of the 1960s was not available on DVD until relatively recently. Exceptionally the one film made by the cast and production team was widely appreciated and has been on the DVD market for ages. Tantalizing bits of the TV series were to be found on Youtube. Here we have the complete sequence of over 100 of the 23-minute shows. It is an exaggeration to say that hat decade was memorable for the three Bs -- Bond, Beatles, Batman, but this is still great stuff. Latter-day Batman films are quite different and much less fun.
If you grew up watching the ofigibal Bruce Wayne swagger and vool mannerisms then you wont be disapointed ! You feel like a kid again coming home from school that would chill out and immerse yourself in Gotham City shananigans ! Holy cape crusader he was the real deal, many have copied none have come close to his suave acting !
This collection contains the entire series of the original and the best Batman from the 1960s, with all of the cast that made this series so memorable - Adam West, Burt Ward, Burgess Meredith, Cesar Romero and Julie Newmar, among many many more. A must for all who appreciate time-honoured TV series of yesterday.
A top notch collection nicely cleaned up and presented in its original 4:3 aspect ratio. I watch this with my young son and his grandfather. Three generations of boys watch Batman 66 and we all enjoy it. Campy, tongue in cheek and hilarious!
