It was very quick delivery but unfortunately it did not fit my newly purchased Dyson V12 so I gave it to a friend which fitted her Dyson V8 she used it and said the only downfall was it left drips of water on her floor and wouldn't work with no water in it other than that she's happy with it

Being interested in this I contacted Dyson who have denied any link to this product and have said that it should not be used with their products, you will void any warranty and should anything happen insurance could be an issue as you are using a product that isn’t cleared to use with Dyson, they aren’t made for wet/dry operation!
Good at spreading water, but not so good at collecting it which leaves the floor too wet

Excellent product however will have to order replacement batteries for my Dyson as high speed option drained battery very quickly only 1 to 5 minutes
Order 195791 still not received. Ordered 26th May. I rang customer service 13/6. He said he would check with Aust Post. Still haven’t heard anything 3 days on. Please expedite complaint or refund my money. Not happy
