I've been a customer for many many years at HS and the customer service has always been top level. You can't find service like this anymore. This is my 1st vapor skate, I have others and just wanted to try a different one. My others are Ribcor and Supreme. This X4 Vapor is tighter around the ankle area than the 76k and M4 Supreme. I have been on it for 2 skates and getting the feel of it now. You will certainly feel how it hugs you feet making literal moves more secure and generally everything feels more secure. It is a fit 2 that I have on.You must be careful taking this skate on and off. I have to undo the laces more than the others to not put pressure on the tendon guard. It feels like a very stable skate, more footbed than the Supreme M4.
