I play a lot of tennis and I use an extreme grip which affects my elbow. When using this arm sleeve I can hit with full power no problem and continue playing for hours! And it does provide great UV protection because I only wore one sleeve which was on my right arm, so my left arm was darker than my right.

I am sedentry most of the day with office work; to combat that I keep fit with Crossfit - but a combination of both has led to double-crush nerve in the arm. These sleeves are comfortable to train in, comfortable to work in, relieve the pressure of the nerve pain, and increase my confidence to keep training, which is in turn improving the injury symptoms and giving me results. I recently had elbow surgery to reattach a tendon. The doctor recommend I use a compression sleeve. He recommended this one over the Tommie Copper, and it has been a lifesaver. It has significantly reduced the pain and swelling. The sleeve is very comfortable and since you get two, you can still wear it when the other one is being washed. I would recommended this product to anyone who is thinking of purchasing one. You will not be sorry and the quality is amazing.

I ordered the sleeve because I have had ongoing elbow pain that everyone wants to call "Tennis Elbow". I want to call it something else because 1. I don't play tennis and 2. It damn well hurts! It is probably also related to a shoulder muscle pain and upper arm tight muscle. The sleeve is helping lessen that, especially when I am doing training. Easy to put on and take off and I like it.
