The sleeve provides a high level of compression and the grip "bubbles" stop any slipping. Be aware the Short length is VERY short. I should have ordered the Long size and I am only 5ft 3" - it was just OK lengthwise. I had injured my hamstring and needed to continue training as I had an ultra trail event coming up - it protected the hamstring well on runs

I love the upper leg sleeve. It gives a secure feeling to my leg when running. I ordered a medium and needed to go up to a large, so my only complaint is figuring out the right size to order. My measurements were in the Medium category. Customer service was nice to replace for me free of charge and now I have a perfect fit. It stays securely in place and you will forget you have it on. The fact that it has different circumferences for the top and bottom is wonderful. You can never get a fit like this out of a generic wrap. I would definitely recommend this product.

I have much experience (unfortunately) using thigh sleeves. Most slip and give way during physical/sports activity and/or do not provide adequate support (particularly for one with well-developed quads). This product is superbly constructed does not slip even when subjected to pretty harsh conditions (Obstacle races- MUD) or plenty of perspiration (completing sport events in 90+degrees), and affords you great thigh support.
These compression thigh sleeves are fantastic. I bought these because I usually get quite a bit of quad soreness after my runs (especially the following day). I went for a 8-mile run yesterday morning and once I got home (and showered...South Florida humidity sucks), I slipped these on and went about the rest of my day running errands with them on. I just now woke up and I have ZERO quad soreness. I can actually sit and stand without assistance! The size chart is absolutely perfect and they never once moved or rolled down.

Top quality product. Great support and look! The biggest thing is that I wanted something that wouldn't slip and maintain the support no matter what I did. Whether it was running, volleyball or weight lifting, these stayed exactly where I wanted. Great help for those looking for thigh support.
The compression sleeves worked really well. After having a hamstring injury I purchased the sleeves for support with my thighs. I wore them at training and they felt comfortable, and was able to complete my first 90 minute game (soccer) on Saturday. They Sleeves provided great support and I highly recommend them.
Great, after experiencing hamstring issues I was very nervous getting back to my running, but these sleeves were recommended by a friend and they gave me the confidence to complete a half Ironman, I totally forgot about my hamstring.
I've been using these sleeves as part of a quad tendon tear recovery, especially to aid the non injured leg in regards to fatigue from carrying more weight. They're comfortable, fit well, and aren't too hot even in humid climates (Queensland). I've combined with the Sports Knee Support on the injured side and it makes walking almost normal. I'll definitely use as a pair to aid circulation for all future walking exercise, post recovery. Highly recommend.
