The first time I used this product the on/off switch failed, I had to hold the green button in constantly for the unit to work, if I released the button the unit would stop.Normally I would have returned it but I needed it to work so I could do my bathroom Reno.So I re-wired the electrical circuit and by-passed the switch and had to turn the unit on and off at the wall.After this the quality of the cuts left a bit to be desired, one side of the cut left the tile badly chipped. Looks like the Reno will be proceeding as planned.
