does what it says on the tin. This is a good product for making your riding cockpit fit you. It is, however, quite heavy (compared to the swapped out specialized unit) so not one for weight weenies. That said, rider comfort is uber important to both performance and longevity in the saddle and riding generally so make your choice. 4 stars because while I think it does do its job well, it is quite heavy.

I bought the 90mm version of this originally and it was great, but a bit too short, I then bought this one and unfortunately no matter how tight I make it, there is back and forth movement in the bar which is really quite worrying. Probably being generous with my three star rating.
I used this to raise my handlebars as struggle with backpain and numb hands without being more upright. Easy to exchange with original fixed stem and has improved things no end with no noticeable difference to steering or stiffness imho and its not added much weight either. Tad expensive but worth it
