The straw does not allow liquid to be sucked through. My son couldn’t get any liquid at all. I tried to see if it was blocked and I couldn’t get any either. So disappointed with what should be a quality product

We have tried every bottle under the sun,for our baby to drink water and he kept on refusing. My friend recommended this bottle to us and what a game changer.it took couple of days for my baby to understand how it works ,I kept it near his play area and he kept on grabbing it and drinking from it!

I love B Box but my child couldn’t drink out of this recent purchase.. I tried to suck on the straw and had the same problem.. I had to cut the inside with a sharp knife .. I think they have got carried away with their non spill..
Its a great cup for young toddlers and children. I buy for my grandson. Easy to clean. Plus you can buy the "straw" seperately when you need.
Great no spill cup in a variety of colours. You need to bite the straw slightly with your lips for the liquid to come out so it did take awhile for my son to catch on. Good quality and doesn't spill. Only downside it can be a pain to clean and you need the straw cleaner you get from the straw replacement pack and at times need to use a bottle cleaner/ toothbrush for the nooks and crannies. Also I found that when my son was going through the biting stage we kept needing to replace the straw but what can you do lol
I wish I read more independent reviews before purchasing! The straw does work super hard to suck. We connect customer service and still not working! Waste of money.

My 10 month old absolutely loves it! It’s easy for him to hold and to drink out of. We bought two!
Make sure to tighten the lid. Otherwise it’s good! Easy to clean. My 8 months loves drinking from it
