The cap was broken when I opened today for my granddaughters 1st day of school tomorrow. The cap opens without even pressing the button! How do I return and obtain a replacement. Was disappointed as had heard they were great bottles and could not believe this one was faulty. Not a good introduction to them.

Best drink bottle

Absolutely love these drink bottles especially for daycare - nice and indestructible with the added bonus of insulation to keep drinks cool in summer. Not complicated to put together or pull apart to wash at all. Like that it’s okay to put in the dishwasher. Love that b.box makes replacement parts that you can buy in the event you need new parts for the straw if it gets accidentally lost to the depths of the void at the back of the container cupboard or because you just prefer to replace on an ongoing basis for hygiene etc. I have so much positive stuff to say about b.box products and would recommend them every time!

Best water bottle on the market

I love this water bottle for kids, it keeps their drink nice and cold and has a big opening for adding ice blocks.The metal is super durable and pretty much unbreakable. The lid can come off if dropped but just pops back on.The replacement straw makes this a great sustainable and practical water bottle.The only very small issue is if you leave the bottle in the sun for a long time the water can heat up a bit and come back or the straw when you open it.Overall though this is the best water bottle you can buy.Hello Charlie also had great customer service and the delivery was perfect.

Button can pop open when bumped.

Good sized bottle and great colour range. The button to open the lid is easy to open for little hands, but ours popped open multiple times in the backpack. The button sticks out slightly so can be triggered by bumping against other things, and then it leaks. The spout is nice and soft and the no-bite straw is great, but it is a bit fiddly to remove and clean. The lid can pop off when dropped and it’s fairly hard to re-attach but can be put back in place. Build quality is great, design could use some tweaks. (Recess the button so it won’t release accidentally).

Disappointed

This am a fan of b.box and was excited that they now have an insulated drink bottle. I got this recently because I liked that the straw for drinking is covered (the yeti I have for my LO only folds without protective cover). Well this leaks and when you open the lid the water squirts out, the design is definitely faulty.

I really like your brand, however I bought this bottle for my son as he is starting kindy. Unfortunately it is becoming loose from the hinge and it’s less than 2 months old. Something keeps coming out and it is becoming harder and harder to push it back in its place. Photos are attachedWhat can be done to fix this ? Thank you :)

It Beat the Queensland Heat!

I was so sceptical purchasing this water bottle and was absolutely mind blown when it came home from school with ice still in it! It is very well made and extremely important that you can completely pull the top apart to clean. No hidden mould growing here. Thank you B.Box for ticking all of the boxes! Highly recommend!

B.Box insulated bottles are great. Keep the water cold or warm throughout the day and easy to clean.My son used B.Box bottle since 6 months old, he is now 8, plus his brother 5. We purchased 8th bottles so far. My mum said "why you keep buying the same bottle again?"Nothing wrong with the bottles, the boys wanted to upgrade to larger size/ different colours instead.
