Doesn't have good adhesive. Doesn't last beyond a few hours and almost comes straight off if stuck onto itself. I bought it to save a few dollars from the more prominent brands. Should have stuck with the more expensive one as I have to replace it every day as it comes unstuck. Don't waste your money.

I use mainly for shoulders for rugby league Snr teams great adhesive and when in play and there sweat its much better the teams agree i buy all the time.
