Overall, I do really like it. It was a bit of a pain to install because of having to put the fan on after it's mounted, and I hope if I decide to add more RAM later on that it is possible. If someone thinks you need a liquid cooler for the 12th gen, that's wrong. This thing is very quiet as the name suggests and keeps my temps very very in check. I use it with a i7-12700KF. I ordered and contacted be quiet! for the LGA 1700 bracket. I don't know if they are going to start including that with it soon, but they probably should because it's the new thing, then people don't have to wait for 2 packages.
Installed on an ASRock Z390M Pro4, 4 sticks of ram with heat spreaders, i5-9600K I ordered two of these cpu coolers. Of those, one had a poor fan, it made a high-pitched whine. Intermittently at low speed, continuous at high speed. The vendor (Be Quiet) was extremely responsive, and with no fuss replaced the faulty fan. Complete process might have taken a week, with exchange of a couple of emails and then one-way shipping of the replacement part to me. +1 star for this. I'm very satisfied. I have not tried push/pull, I can understand what others are saying abount assymetric mount fins needing a different clip size for the rear-mounted pull fan.

Ensure your video card is out of the PC, and you are best served by having your case on its side. You put in two cross bars on each set of screws which go through a plastic standoff each, and a middle cross bar that spans the two. They include a nice long screw driver to help screw in the two nuts on each end because you unscrew two dots on the top of the cooler to expose a couple of holes to go through to screw it in. It's not mandatory to do this, but helps in smaller cases.. Have a flash light handy if lighting in the area is not good, because the all black nuts on the all black cross member may be a bit hard to see. Once on, mating seems very solid and there is very little movement. Thermal paste is included, and there is a fan splitter for those motherboards like my MSI X399 Gaming Pro Carbon which only have one CPU fan header. place the clips on the middle fan and pivot them outwards and fit it through. Once done they are relatively easy to clip on, and then finish by putting the first intake fan (over the RAM) on. Once done expect a quiet cooling experience. And at 163mm tall it's the shortest of the coolers outside of the only short option, the Noctua NH-U12S which doesn't perform nearly as well. I'm extremely impressed with this cooler, and if you are not assured of the safety of water cooling with all-in-ones, this is basically your best bet.
I replaced the Factory AMD wrath stealth cooler because it was really noisy, that is probably why it came free with the CPU. The mounting hardware is designed to turn the heatsink so it has better air flow through the case from front to rear. I really like the quiet operation of this fan, I recommend it for anyone who like less noise. Today's CPUs are using less wattage, mine is 65w, this cooler is rated to support CPUs up to 180w. It goes well with the be quiet! case and For price and performance you can not beat it. The Dark Rock Slim maybe the last CPU cooler I will ever buy you will not be disappointed

This cools better than the two Enermax Liqtech 360 coolers that I tried; both of those AIO coolers failed in under a year, and both were sent back for RMA. I literally have a brand-new, in box replacement from Enermax sitting unopened because I'd rather keep this air cooler on it. Firstly, the heatsink of this cooler have compact dimensions (127 × 47 × 159mm), so it may install in every PC case and for any height of RAM, also, it should be noted very quality, quiet fan (Silent Wings 3 120mm PWM). Secondly, this cooler is efficiency (TDP - 180 Watt), on my i5-10600KF 5.0GHz average temperature is 75°C at 1200 RPM, but if you set second fan, then the temperature will lower by 5- 7°C. Thirdly, there are a lot of accessories on with this heatsink: thermal compound Corning TC-5121C, clips for a second fan and fasteners for AMD and Intel socket. In conclusion, be quiet one of the most popular CPU cooler company, and this product confirm this. It's very good cooler for 60$.
