Quite small but produces some really good sounds that are tweakable. Comes with a programmable sequencer and some pre-sets. Can be run of a mobile phone charger or plugged into a laptop. Midi-In to accommodate a midi keyboard or you can try and use the tiny built-in one. No effects like delay or reverb but there is a chorus effect. Great for 'Noodling'

Brill, but not for me

Got this out of interest. No issues with unit. It's tiny. Only slight disappointment was that VS mini came with euro plug even though obviously posted to UK. Will need to buy adaptor. Having got Juno KOsynth and groove box nothing much to add with this, but fun to check it out. Great item but eventually probably not for me.

Review of Behringer PRO-VS MINI

One can coax some very useful sounds out of this tiny little synth. The DIN socket allows my Keystep 37 to take over. Not quite WYSIWYG, as there are a few sub-settings. It is a most enjoyable additional synth and relatively quick to understand its control navigation. Well worth it for the price. Mono output, so it's a good idea to put it through a decent pedal with stereo chorus, delay, reverb, like Zoom's CDR70.
