Works beautifully. No more having to carry the amp to my duo gigs. I kept my amp in the boot as a backup but realised I should buy another DI box as a backup at that price, so I did. Really happy with it.

Nice low price transformer DI. Opening it up shows average quality components but good for the price, sockets are plastic bodied rather than metal, but seem robust and fairly easy to replace if needed.Good to see a cased transformer at the heart of the unit, can't see inside the case but assume from the shape that it's a toroid.Ground lift is a simple circuit break, it would be nice to see an rc connection, I don't like complete earth breaks from a safety perspective, so I will add this in myself. There's lots of room in the box to allow for mods!

Just plug it in and it works. Love it.Used for Rolland TD11KV V Drums: 1 mono output to a stage monitor(1/4 Inch Jack) and 1 to the desk (Balanced XLR).Zero noise and no battery hassles.Will definately buy more for our five piece band stage setup.
I needed something to quiet my single coil guitars when I plugged straight into my mixer. I didn't want an active DI box where I had to use a battery or power supply. I did some research on line about using a passive DI and chose the Ultra DI DI600P. This was based on other reviews and price. The box does exactly what I wanted it to do. I plugged it between my Strat, with Lace pick-ups, and my mixer and no more electronic hum. I am quite satisfied with the product and the price.
I like it because it is simple it does not need a battery and it is a very solid unit. I do a lot of studio work using my Vox VT100x amp with a Behringer B906 mike with great results.The DI600Pis great as I can tap straight from the speaker straight into my desk so I can do recordings at a lower volume with less outside noise. I am very impressed with the DI600P.
I've used one of these Behringer di boxes for the past 3 years. And it's outlasted other brands. The extra functions on this di are what makes it really special it has a minus 30db switch so if your getting signal from an amp that is way to hot and clipping and you can't physical turn the output from the amp down. Simply put this in your signal chain and put the amp switch on. They should label the filter switch as well as the amp or instrument(-30db switch) better though. If you didn't read the directions or have a decent knowledge about sound it wouldn't help much.
This is my second one of these. I've had one for years that gives no problems at all. Now my wife is playing an acoustic U Bass and we need another one for her. Yeah, Behringer. Love their stuff!
Quiet, seems well shielded. Used for Elec. Bass that has problems with interference using other DI boxes.
Using these to feed mixer for IEMs and recording. Clear sound, no-nonsense. Bought 4 to start, will probably buy 4 more for the road!
