However, if you’re in the market for a digital desk with good, clean preamps, loads of connectivity, a well thought out operating system that’s easy to use, and lots of other useful features not always found on desks double the money (good built in effects, wireless connectivity, integration with daws, etc), then I’d highly recommend looking at the x32. Behringer used to have a reputation for shoddy gear, but not any more. This desk does what is says it’s going to on the tin and does it very well.

I've owned the Full Console X32 and recently purchased the X32 Producer as a Monitor Board for on-stage control of the monitor mixes. With the Full Console X32 for FOH and the X32 Producer for MON Mixes joined only by a Cat6 cable, the flexibility is amazing. The Behringer incorporation of the Midas pre-amp sections add to all of the flexibility by providing excellent tonality from the board and out the speakers. (I also have the X32 Rack, 2 X32 Cores, and 4 S16s) The X32 line of mixers are a major breakthrough and are priced reasonably. I've retired all of my Mackie mixers due to the X32s. Every band out there should get an X32 to bring out the best in their sound!

Each control makes sense once you understand it.The expansion using digital snakes instantly doubles your capabilities and every input and output is fully customizable.Yeah... it is hard to mix while playing and singing, but once you have it dialed in your sound will be epic.

The X32 has probably become the worlds most known digital mixing desk, and that's because they offer very good performance for the price, if not the best. The interface is very intuitive, and the audio quality is perfect for live work.My first gig with my own X32 was a dream compared to my old analog desk.In direct sunlight, the lights of the buttons and scribble strips are hard to see though, very hard actually.

I am using it at least once a week.Ideal for some small venues using a tablet for mixing. Most of the time when doing sound in other places I miss the possibility to do soundcheck, monitors etc. without a tablet.The sound is very good, build quality is also good. For a small/normal band you have enough XLR inputs and outputs. Also the quality of the effect section is good.We have now a setup using ultranet and the Turbosound IQ10 speakers. First of all. It is always a good experience to deal with MusicStore. They are quick, helpfull and proffesional.The X32 is a great deal when You have a limited budget. It seems to be well built and has all the features You would expect from a much more expensive mixer. For our use it needs to be easy to navigate for unexperienced people, and it really is. The sound improvement from our previous semi-digital mixer from Yamaha is significant and we will safely recommend it to others.
Under my point of view, Behringer (Midas) are offering a poweful digital mixer with small size and affordable price, offering full perfomance compared with larger mixers. Several options to control it: local control, through PC/Mac and iPad. Open to increase I/O extensions either using AES50 or exploring digital networking as DANTE.

Excellent features and sound quality for the price. If you're wanting to do lots of live mixing then you are better to buy a standard X32 but if you need something portable, something to supplement an existing mixer or do studio work then the Rack is for you. Control from you laptop or iPad and reasonable basic control from the front panel. The multitrack DAW allows you to do a full multitrack live recording too.
I have a Midas M32, Behringher x32 and a number of p16s. I bought the X32R so I could use the X32 elsewhere and put the x32R in the stage rack where is essential provides the P16 sources for our IEM monitoring and it can also operate as our stage end system for festivals where we split the existing mics and other sources and can get set up very quickly, giving us our normal stage sound and the festival PA doesn't notice we're even connected. It works very simply - we have two scenes we can load - one for festivals with the X32R as the master and no FOH desk, and the other with the Midas FOH, and the X32R operating independently - sharing the 32 channel stage box.
