To top it off, the 10 year motor warranty, and the 5 year extended warranty with registration gives me confidence that Beko believe it's a reliable and high performing washing machine, and I'm happy to let everyone know.

The original machine offered for sale was faulty. My request for assistance was redirected to the retail seller because I was within seven days of purchase. The faulty machine was replaced within 24 hours with a pre-tested machine. No questions were asked. The delivery fellows were absolutely marvellous and helpful. We have used a Beko front loader for 10 years and are totally satisfied with its performance so it was a simple decision to go around again. This new model is larger, can be remotely managed via a blue tooth app and seems to be sensitive to the varying loads I am putting through the cycles. Bit of a worry in terms of potential rust. Fortunately the manual mentions this as a possibility - reassuring to know even Beko predicts this might happen. I've been tweaking the amount of detergent used and it's improving. Every other wash cycle, with mixed loads (synthetics and cottons - day-to-day wear) come out great. Really love being able to adjust the temperature in every wash option down from 60/40/30 to 20 degrees or tap temp - saves on power. Also can easily change the spin speed for every wash option. Overall, easy to use. Massive drum - so glad I chose the 10kg over the 8.5, makes such a difference to the number of loads I'm doing - again saving on overall power and water usage - essential when you're relying on a rainwater tank for all your water needs. Lost a star for the stress, clean up and anxiousness about the replacement model - but right now all is working well. I still think Beko is a great brand - I have their hybrid condenser drier and it completely changed the quality of our life this winter (vs constant flipping in front of a wood fire..) and the difference to our power bill has been negligible.

The daily quick setting does a great wash in 28 minutes which is an absolute God send for a young family. The size is appropriate for our family of four, and it matches our beko dryer perfectly. Sometimes sheets and towels can feel a little stiff after using this machine, but if you put them in the dryer for a few minutes they aresoon soft and fluffy again. The Bluetooth function I found a little difficult to use, not because of the machine, but because of the app. There aren't many circumstances where I'd want to use the Bluetooth though, so it bothers me very little. It has a allergy steam function and Bluetooth remote control (via phone app) which has a range of about 5 metres, probably more of a novelty. I am disappointed that i cant add an addition rinse cycle to the wash other than through the remote control app.My first 2 deliveries had to be replaced as they made a horrible crunching noice when the drum changed direction during the wash cycle. The Beko BFL7510W is a solid little unit. It's pretty easy to use and the clothes come out clean. It operates faily quietly; a great deal more quietly than the machine it replaces in my laundry at any rate. The smart app interface is a bit of a lark and completely unnecessary but being able to check on my device whether the wash has finished and not having to go downstairs to check in person is a boon. I like how the door swings completely open for access to the drum. There are a couple of points that could be improved upon. The detergent drawer doesn't quite open far enough for my liking and there isn't an easy way to add a pre-wash cycle or an extra rinse (you have to do both via the Pet Hair Removal function). That said, I'm happy I bought this machine.

This unit worked flawlessly up until this week when it's door seal broke causing a big flood in our laundry! The unit was barely 2 months old and our second one. We went back to our JB store very disappointed and decided to go with a Fisher & Pykal 10kg washer that we really hope won't let us down like the Beko did..... TWICE!!!! Have had our machine and dryer for over 2 years now I believe and have had the same issue over and over again. At first we thought our dryer was making our clothes smell horrible and mouldy due to not drying them properly. Little did we know it was the washing machine the entire time. No matter how much I would wash the clothes and then put in the dryer they would smell so bad. We couldn’t work it out. Then I noticed my detergent looked really watered down all the time and not thick like detergent normally is. I worked out that the detergent draw was filling up with water. At first we thought our dryer was making our clothes smell horrible and mouldy due to not drying them properly. Little did we know it was the washing machine the entire time. No matter how much I would wash the clothes and then put in the dryer they would smell so bad. We couldn’t work it out. Then I noticed my detergent looked really watered down all the time and not thick like detergent normally is. I worked out that the detergent draw was filling up with water. Over months and months now we have had parts replaced and the entire drawer replaced and I have just noticed it doing it again after more clothes smelling badly because they are obviously only being washed in water!!!! We live on a property with no mains water and are on tank water, therefore we rely on Mother Nature to rain and fill our tanks so I can do things like wash my clothes....I have been wasting so much precious water rewashing over and over again due to this ridiculous fault with the detergent draw that I have just read so many other people having the exact same problem with and also saying their clothes and the machine are smelly! And taking time off work for a repairer to come out constantly. And yes Beko I do clean it regularly on anti allergy at the hottest temperature with bath salts like your customer service team recommended....not going to fix the issue if I’m constantly only washing with water is it?? why is the detergent drawer filling up with water constantly in the auto dose compartment where you pour the detergent?? I’m so over this machine I would not ever get another or recommend that you purchase one!
