I didn’t realize I needed a MagSafe phone case, which I don’t have. This is not a deal breaker for me because my phone doesn’t stick to the power bank but I can still rest my phone on it and it will still charge through my case. The only thing I can’t use is the stand because my phone case is not magnetic. This is fine with me - I will eventually get a MagSafe case but until then I just use it laying flat. The Belkin BoostCharge Pro Magnetic Power Bank 10K has been a surprisingly upgrade to my daily routine. I have a few other power banks that require cords, but they've all been put in the drawer. Fine, but doesn’t work as advertised

I bought this product through the apple store and was told by them and the Belkin website that it would provide 16 hours of additional charge. Instead, it gives me maybe 4 hours. My iphone 15 dies every day while I’m walking around and so I desperately needed a portable charger so I don’t get stranded out and about with a dead phone. With 16 hrs of additional charge, I thought this would be a great product. In truth, it barely helps my problem as my phone dies, I use the portable charger, the portable charger dies, and then my phone is down to 10% again before the end of the day. I’m disappointed, especially for a product this expensive.

It is decent at charging but cover must be removed and no magnetic ability

So... this works as a "lay your phone carefully next to or on top of without a cover" charger. The magnet that is in it is extremely weak. It doesn't seem to be there at all. It is good if you want to charge your phone or device up quickly, and you can keep it far away from small children. If you have a hard to remove cover, or don't want to remove your phone's case when charging, this may not be for you. It charges up in about 4 to 6 hours and charges the phone in about 3, it's a nice design but it just has zero magnetic effect. Ny phone just falls off, slides down and none of my devices stick. It's ok bur just ok. Not worth the money in my opinion.

It works, but not the best. The first negative thing about the power bank is that it is HUGE. Photos are the power bank on an iPhone 15 Pro. It is VERY thick, so it is not ideal for small bags or your pocket. Also, the battery pack isn’t the fastest at charging. I tested it when the phone battery was at 32%. I closed all apps. After 30 minutes, it went to 62%. At that point, I turned on low power mode and airplane mode, and after 30 minutes, the battery was at 80%. 50 more minutes, and the phone was at 95%. So it took the battery pack almost 2 hours to charge the phone from 32% to 95%. The battery pack, when fully charged, has 4 lit-up dots, and after almost 2 hours of charging, it went from 4 to 2 dots, so it could definitely charge another product. Portable fast charging magnetic power bank!

It has been 4 days since I received the Belkin Magnetic Power Bank, and I have used it 4 times and the battery level is still full. Can’t believe that! I like the size of the power bank, it fits my belt bag so well, I love it! I would definitely bring it with me everywhere I go. It’s travel-friendly and not too heavy as well. The only thing I am concerned is my phone and the charger got a little bit quite hot throughout the whole charge. But the charging was quite fast though, faster than I expected. I also like the magnetic feature that holds my phone tight. But it occasionally will slip off the power bank when I put it horizontally with the kickstand opened. It does stay fixed if I put it vertically. I’m really satisfied with this Belkin magnetic power bank!

So easy to use and charges fast

I was sent this to review. I’m so happy to have this. My pocket chargers usually break or get taken by my kids, or by my partner. He will always grab one on his way out the door and forget to bring it back or lose it. This one is all mine. Lol. I love it. It’s lighter in weight than I was expecting, which is great. It’s got a strong magnetic pull on the phone so it won’t slide off at all. It’s fast charging, has good power, and even has a kickstand. This is so easy to use. Just press the power button and place on the back of your phone. It also comes with a usb-c charging cable.

I specifically asked for the the 15k and the handed me a 5k device and will NOT take it back and can NOT EXCHANGE, because they say that a is ALL they sell, AT THE APPLE STORE!!!!! WOW! I have an iPhone15 Pro. It helps when in a jam but is not near enough to use multiple times because I am out in the world for long amounts of time. I have Cancer and Lupus and I am constantly awaiting medicaid drivers outdoors which requires my phone to watch their location or calls/texts. Not to mention sitting in a Chemo Chair for 4hrs at a time. There are times I can't move at home and there is nobody there and the Belkin 5K just isn't enough. I don't have the finances to buy 2 devices, I barely scraped enough to buy this 5K I was tricked in to buying.
