Irresponsible seller without human touch and customer service. Bought an Rm688 helmet from them following their sizing chart. The chart misrepresented, the product I received was too small and cannot fit. Contacted the seller who was at first polite asking me to send them back privately not reporting to Lazada and they will send me another size. I refused as the protocol is not right and I will no longer be protected under Lazada. Attitude changed rude and told me that I should be considerate as they let me change size. They rejected my refund/exchange appeal from Lazada. I cannot think of any seller who rejects to exchange if the size is l not correct and the product completely untagged. You are selling to a human not a robot so using that chart alone won’t work! And should I trust you or Lazada?! Refuse to follow protocol because they have to pay shipping, if that’s the case don’t act competitive. Put the price where u can account for all these disputes. Hell of a customer experience from Durianbikers !

I received helmet today and couldn't believe how light it was when the FedEx guy handed it to me. I unboxed the helmet to find it well protected and even came with a very nice Bell Helmet bag. The fit and finish was flawless inside and out. Trying it on I immediately knew it wasn't going to work. I was too tight. Like headache tight. I took it off put it back in the box and initiated my return. The reason for 4 stars is because I own six other helmets made by six different manufactures in five different countries that are all size medium and they all fit spot on. I don't know why Bell can't make the same size medium as everyone else. Anyway, as usual, the RevZilla side of things was quick and easy for both ordering and returning. Great job guys!!!

Decent Helmet but not if you wear glasses or sunglasses while riding

Nice helmet but comes down pretty far on the brow. This rendered the goggles I purchased for it useless. There's no comfortable position to put them that will block wind. The goggles end up putting pressure on the bridge of the nose if they're to provide any wind protection. I determined it just wasn't possible to comfortably wear them with this helmet without risking visibility as they could move around or cause excess wind into the eyes.I had hoped I could wear sunglasses with this helmet but again, difficult to comfortably put them on. I can wear sunglasses but they have to be inserted in a way that angles them down so the arms of the glasses are sitting on your ears angled towards your lobes. Exchanged

Looks great in white/blue stripes, but the blue-fade bubble snap on shield seems a little off in terms of matching the blues.That was acceptable, but being new to open-face design, I did not realize the fixed shield would prevent me from wearing my prescription glasses. Too hard to put helmet on over the glasses with the shield snapped on. Exchanging for a helmet with pivoting shield. Otherwise, great helmet. Just didn't work for me.

Outstanding value for a classic, well made helmet

This helmet has history, vintage/retro styling and is the quintessential helmet. I bought mine 4 years ago. It is matte black and I wear it with a Biltwell bubble shield, which adds even more retro/vintage appeal. The stitching and quality of the padding inside this helmet are superior. I wipe the inside down with a damp cloth using only water to clean it periodically and recently used goo gone with citrus to perform a deep cleaning and the insides look brand new. The exterior material of this helmet will look scratched and dinged if not handled with care so store in a safe place and don't set it down on the outer shell... keep it upright. This helmet is not the right choice for offroad or extended highway trips. I had to rip it out to get the helmet to fit at all. Strike two: The helmet is too deep. It makes visibility very poor and forget goggles. There is also no slot for sunglasses in the foam which makes for additional pressure. Probably great for people with enormous foreheads, or eyeballs on either side of their nose. Strike three: The liner is not removable, which means you can't fine-tune the cheek pads as you can the far better helmet, the Biltwell 3/4 helmet. Review of Bell Custom 500 Helmet White M (57-58 cm)

Was looking for a replacement for my previous Bell Magnum and this fitted the bill.Following the sizing guide, I ordered a M size but when I tried it on receipt, it felt a little tight. I contacted J&S to see if I could exchange it for an L size. They were super helpful and replaced it without any hesitation. Sadly, the only colour available was in matt black but it's not an issue as I am going to have it wrapped anyway

Review of Custom 500 Helmet White

This is a very nicely-made helmet. Good build quality and fit and finish up there with helmets double the price. Deep glossy lacquer has no sign of flaws. It helps that I have a head shape which suits Bell helmets of course, but this is a very comfortable lid, the only downside was that to start with there was too much pressure on the nape of my neck and at the temples, but this bedded-in after a few hours use. Sunglasses/specs and earpieces can be worn with no issues due to carefully-placed gaps in the comfort padding. The padding is also well shaped at the front and manages to reduce wind noise to a surprisingly good level compared with my previous AGV and Momo open-face lids.A basic, simple, well-made helmet which is a comparative bargain.

Very cool helmet but not really practical.

I wanted so bad to keep this helmet; it looks superb, but I ended up returning it. It's very affordable, yet sadly not very comfortable as the rear lower pad contacted my jacket collar and slightly tilted my head forward. I ordered a large (normally a medium) but it needed to be a little more oval for me. (All my issues, maybe not your issues.)

You could probably use one. Solid Value.

Danged nice helmet if you're looking for an open face. I bought a solid white (it's what I do) and the interior padding and lining are much better than what I expected. The contrasting red stitching inn a cool diamond pattern is a really nice touch and it's more comfortable?in all ways, than my Qualifier. I'm able to wear my glasses with no problem. I bought it for Summer riding around town and the improved range of vision validated the choice. I like more than any helmet I own which includes the Bell Qualifier, HJC dirt bike helmet and a Shoei RF-SR full face (which is a flipp'in nice helmet) for it's comfort, wide-range of vision, construction, and fresh-air properties. Also mentioning, it's a classic.
