Great product for cold refreshing filtered water. Only downside would be that it can be quite noisy once empty and refilling and then the machine is cooling down the water again

Does not chill as I was led to believe. I have had a cooler before and it was great. This appears to be hot around the verts also. Very unhappy with this purchase. Will be looking at a refund. There is something not right about this product.

Cheap, simple and works great!

The product in question is incredibly easy to set up and requires very minimal maintenance. It works well and cools water quicker than if a jug were to be placed in a refrigerator, in fact the only down side is the need for buying replacement filters. however, the filter can be easily removed and the unit used simply as a water cooler rather than a water cooler and filtration system. This product is great value for price and I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking to purchase a water cooler. Aside from this, it was shipped promptly and arrived before the estimated delivery time, and the ebay store that sold it was a pleasure to do business with!

Cool Clean Water

Great difference in drinking water quality noticed already, please note we are rural and on rain water tank for drinking water. Although I read the filter was designed for use with town water supply, this filter seems to be doing the trick thus far. Will monitor filter in event of an earlier renewal instead if the two month period. Silent operation and chilled water temperature great, would recommend this product.

Dirty - Not clean filtered water

When item was received there was dust inside the funnel. Followed instructions to soak the filter & learnt very quickly the filter was dirty, it was filled with black soot of some sort. And when filling glass of water, it came out yellow, not clean filtered water at all. Very dissatisfied with this product!

Happy customer

Happy with this water dispenser especially for the price. On the downside, the flow is slow and the blue light hasn't worked since I bought it. On the positive side, the water is nicely chilled and the unit is compact so doesn't take up much bench space.

Lennox Water Cooler

Have had one before (lasted for years & years , still keeping cool but the lid was cracking) , Thought I'd get another,, hard to come by except for Ebay . Drink a lot more water without buying bottled water. Very convenient Would recommend to anyone liking cool water on tap so to speak. Jenny Murray

Looks good, but doesn't work.

This product has only worked occasionally since the day I got it. I have had endless trouble with it, and regret that I bought it because it was recommended by a family member. That member had no trouble installing or using theirs, so I am not sure if I have a faulty product or if I am not installing or using it (three people have tried to make it work, without success). I would like to return it, but not sure that I should be liable for the postage charges.

My water cooler

The water cooler replaced an earlier model of a different make that refused to auto switch off and became a bit noisy. This model is working perfectly and also keeps the cold water for longer periods I guess because of better insulation. It also is very silent but as previously stated by another buyer the push taps are a bit slippery when pressed because of the sloping design. Other than that it was a good investment.

Pretty good product really

This product replaced a smaller Aqua cooler. All in all I like it especially because the chilling system does not require the fan to be going all the time after it has chilled. The filter itself needed a good shake & long soak to make it work, even then it was very slow to fill up the bottom tank'=. I do not like the shape of the buttons to get the water out they are difficult to open as your finger slips. Not sure where to buy new filters though, but they look the same as the Aqua ones I have.
