this was really helpful for me in my kitchen. I constantly have to slice so many different things in this cut the slicing time in half. Every time I slice something it’s very consistent it cuts nicely. I haven’t had it for that long the only thing I’m worried about is when the blade gets store is there a replacement how do I sharpen it.

This is a fabulous mandolin . Works well and doesn't take up much room . Easy to adjust and very sharp . I use for coleslaw mainly . I have had a few good mandolins but this is the best one I have owned .
