I love, love, love this Benzac Post Acne Serum! I have and will recommend this to anyone I know with Acne marks and scars.I have a lot of dark purple scars, especially around my chin from previous Acne. I have used this serum for approximately 3 weeks and in that time my scars have significantly reduced. I am confident that if I keep using this as part of my daily skin car routine these marks will fade even further. When I started using the Benzac Serum my marks were a deep dark purple, they are now very light and blend in with my skin really well.The Serum absorbs fairly quickly, does not sting and smells quite pleasant. It doesn't feel oily, greasy or sticky, it fells rather smooth. I use this Serum under moisturiser and my skin feel great!

As a long-term adult acne sufferer, I'm always skeptical of products as it's not often I find they help, but I really appreciated how this serum went for a nourishing, hydrating, repairing approach, rather than a harsh attack on the pimples itself. To be honest I found this one a bit drying for my skin. I applied to clean skin after my shower to some areas where I had slight blemishes from old pimples. I didn’t really like the feeling on my skin after application. My skin can be sensitive to purging but I found it took great to this product! Some people are scared of retinoids and how they will react with their skin. I think that bakuchiol is under rated in this respect. It is vegan and ideal for sensitive skin, achieving similar results to lower strength retinoids. The product is easy to dispense with an easy to use pump and the actual serum is soft on the skin and sinks in beautifully, not thick or leaving the skin sticky. I appreciate that the serum is a naturally produced plant based retinol that is gentler on skin while still providing bright, clear skin. I noticed my skin was a lot clearer and less oily with this product in a very short amount of time. I didn’t suffer any adverse reactions but I did go a bit red after the first 2 uses but that subsided within a few minutes.Its cheap and works really good for removing acne. It does day around 4 days to start working though and found that it removes the redness that acne leaves behind. I think it's more about acne prevention when it comes to this product. Seems it doesn't actually remove zits and stuff but prevents new ones from forming which in turn removes them. I also used another areas as well such as y back and neck and chest and they have all been looking for nice and clear and smooth since starting to use the product.
