Great quality in the building of the go cart, my daughter absolutely loves it. The only point that stopped it getting 5 stars is the seat connection, it doesn't secure the seat perfectly. Especially when the cart is being pushed from the back of the seat.

In contrast to the physical effort most pedal vehicles require for motion, this car rolls like a Rolls Royce. With little effort, the child driver can duplicate the easy pace of a bicycle. This was absolutely the best gift a baby sister could give a big brother, he concluded.I was unable to use the Pro/Con sections below. One observation my husband had regarding the written instructions and packaging concerned the 4 bolts used to attach the wheels to the axle. They listed 4, however 2 were already pre-attached to the wheels--thus, only two remained in the package.During the first week, the Go Kart suffered a flat tire. We are in the process of getting a repair kit for the tube. It would be helpful if this item was included with the original purchase.

BERG Buddy Review

The Kart arrived promptly, and had minimal assembly which was great. It arrived in perfect order.I would rather the GST be represented in the up front price, as when you get to the checkout, your adding in GST and Delivery costs.Our 5 Year old loves it, but he can out pedal it at the park, so it would really benefit from the 3 gear option of the larger more expensive models. For around our back deck, it is a great fit.Its funny, back in the 70's we had 3 speed bikes, with the back hub incorporating the gears, but to get that in a buggy today, your paying upwards of $1,500. Overall for a little one - they are pretty cool, and really, really sturdy

Different Version

Before you order it make sure you check because the picture above is not the one you will receive, the picture above is Berg Buddy version 1.0 and the one you will receive is version 2.0.in the version 2.0 steering wheel is not adjustable and it is a different seat, the seat is adjustable. Version 2.0 it is equipped with a swing axle. With this, the front wheels can swing up and down a bit to compensate for uneven ground. Version 1.0 did not have this ''feature''.

Grandson is loving his BERG Buddy B-Orange kart

My four year old grandson is loving his BERG Buddy B-Orange kart. It was ordered during Covid lockdown so he didn't get to see it or ride on it until recently when we opened up again.Have got to say the people at Kids Car Sales were all great to deal with too.

Huge Success

The Berg pedal go cart was a huge birthday success, my grandson already has first 100 miles on it in the 1 weekend. The cart is very well designed, extremely easy to assemble, and customer service is second to none. I will definitely buy some of the accessories and other Berg products in the future! Thanks for helping make this birthday something we will remember for a lifetime.

My Son Loves It!

Me and my husband purchased 2 adult pedal cars last summer (used) but they are the ones from Tractor Supply. We love them and so did our 4 year old. Our nephews could ride them (although they are heavy for them to pedal up hill or slants) and our boy was too short to reach pedals...This summer i was deff. getting him his own! After researching different ones we decided on this and i am so happy with our decision! This was the only one i could find that has real tires (with tubes though) and that didn't have the hand break! It also goes backwards which was a plus because our adult ones does not. He will be five this August and he rides with the seat on middle hole. He goes faster than I can in mine! The color is vibrant and he loves it! We are fortunate enough to live in a nice neighborhood with a huge church and parking lots next door. He can also ride in the grass in it with no problems.I have ordered the berg buddy trailer hitch adapter from amazon for 19.00 +6 s/h and plan to save up for the berg buddy trailer itself or find a much better one (that is small) for him to haul his toys in like his poppi does on his tractor or lawn mower. Just throwing that out there that they have that option to make it even more interesting for them to ride!Assembly was easy, just attaching wheels and steering and seat which is adjustable. A few tires came flat (just needed air and our compressor was tore up so i took them back off and went down to the gas station and put some air in them, no big deal)Our decision came down to this and the Kettler air tire red/white one which has real air tires instead of tubes. But the pedal breaks won us over and it's awesome for our son (and my autistic nephew loves to ride it (he is 8) they are going to try and save to get him one)

One of the best and fastest driving pedal cars for kids 3 to 7 years

Good looking design and good quality. Kids love it. Small design improvements needed: hand break and bumpers to protect kids and vehicle during impact. Looks like it will be long lasting toy since it allows the seat to be adjusted and the good quality. Love that the seat comes of easily. No screws needed. Overall it is a large bulky item.. If no safe play area is nearby, you need lots of space in the car to transport it. Unfortunately doesn't fold.

Very sturdy well finished go

Very sturdy well finished go kart . The kart requires some assembly but this was straight forward Our grandson loves his birthday present and loves taking it out at every opportunity. He even has managed to pedal up the hill near our house.

Well constructed

Easy assembly and well engineered. Heavier than I expected but will last for years. We have four grandchildren ages 1 to 6 so we purchased this so all could enjoy. Our 6 year old loves it and helped me assemble! Wheels are inflated with air and provide a smooth ride. Im sure our grandchildren will pass this on to future generations due to the great construction and engineering.
