Caught a little salmon on the first go using this lure, and in skinny water too. Only problem is the lure seems pretty flimsy and i can already see little rips in the plastic, so i dont know how it will perform in the long run

These work really well on Flathead would get 5 stars but they are not that robust and after a few good hits the Metal hook weight thing gets pulled out through the body - superglue fixes them up but its a bit of stuffing around.Even though they are a vibe they work well being slow rolled on the bottom. Also had success trolling them.To save messing up the Fish I have replaced front and rear trebles with in-line singles - make the Rear a but bigger than the front to avoid tangles.

This is a great lure with super sharp hooks. The sectioned tail is perfect to apply your favourite scent.
Never got to use the lure, somehow it melted in my tackle box? Or what I assume it did, mind you I had it in a tackle box in a cool place the lure had like a wet consistency to it.
Looks like a real prawn in the water. Good enough to trick a couple of flatties.
Havnt gone fishing with it yet but already some paint has come off, I took it out the the packet and smudged it abit not hard or anything and the paint has already come off where I smudged it quite disappointed. The orange has smudged off and the black on other side.
I’ve been looking for a slighty larger soft prawn lure. This Shimma is perfect. In the mangroves and on the flats it works well. Either slow flat retrieve or lift and drop it was smashed by Barra, jacks, cod and even javelin in the creeks. I haven’t been game to try it over reef as yet because I don’t think it will last long. Trout, emperor and mackeral and trevally will I’m sure hit it with gusto.
has to be the best lure for flathead ever.there are plenty of prawn imitations on the market none come close..also caught resonable jewfish .on this lure....
great lure for any fish that eats prawns.isnt that all of them..best price around for this lure from baitmaster..recommended...
