I drink this every morning with a big glass of fresh water and I feel that it could be a great routine especially for autumn, winter and spring, when my immunity is a little lower and needs a boost of vitamins. The taste is not the best, but is acceptable. I would appreciate new flavours, I'd love having a little diversity. Super easy to use!

Bought these to try as an alternative to my normal brand and product. I always use to take my vitamins and minerals in an effervescent tablet but went over to chewable and swallowable tablets for some reason. Having tried these now, I think I will be going back to my old ways. These dissolve easily and fairly quickly without too much of a top residue (which is easy to disperse with a quick stir) and have a delicious, sweet but slightly bitter cherry flavour. The caffeine content is a real game changer as this is a good luck start to my day as having one of these in the morning has replaced my morning coffee and I can feel the difference they are making to my body. I will be on the lookout for other flavours in the near future.

I don't drink energy drinks as they're really bad for your health and I have issues swallowing tablets so I needed something that dissolves.. Being a regular user of Berocca I was interested to see how this flavour with the added boost could be different. Firstly the taste was delicious- fruity and sweet without being sickening. This gave the drink a really refreshing quality. I could definitely feel the effect of the boost. I had lots of energy and was much more alert (which is useful when I have a busy day up ahead!) For me this boost effect lasted for most of the day. I personally wouldn't want to use this daily but for an extra energy hit when needed, with the benefit of added vitamins too then this product is great.
Berocca is one of my fav vitamin drinks; these mango flavoured effervescent tablets have a lovely slightly sweet flavour. Unlike some generic brands, Berocca drinks taste like vitamins but without too much of a synthetic aftertaste, so pretty much everyone can enjoy them (see the restrictions mentioned on the packaging). These specific tablets are full of B vitamins, which are fantastic for energy and to combat normal daily fatigue. Vit. C, zinc and magnesium are great to support our daily functioning and health. I’d definitely recommend drinking a glass of water with a Berocca and effervescent tablet instead of a caffeinated soft drink - you’ll benefit from its ‘pick me up’ properties and do something beneficial for your health.
With my busy schedule of university, work and everyday life, I have been taking energy tablets and supplements for a while, to give me that little extra boost.I normally take these in the morning when I have my morning coffee. I find that’s the best time to try and kickstart my morning routine.I find for me taking these tablets in a glass of warm water is better than cold water, I feel the flavour comes out more, and isn’t as bitter as it is in cold water. Also it smells nicer in warm water too.Just got to make sure you use enough water, otherwise you get the powdery subsidue at the bottom, which isn’t very pleasant.Generally a good product though.
I have been suffering with fatigue ever since I had covid and really struggle to get myself energy especially in the morning so I though these tablet would benefit me as I have busy mornings done the school runs and running to work. I must admit I have noticed a difference in a few weeks - I notice that I am more alert when taking the tablets. I make sure this is the first thing I have in the morning when I making the boys breakfast. They also improve your alertness and concentration and supports energy release. They are also suitable for vegans and also no sugar. Please note these are for adults only. Easy to use, drop into a glass of water, let it fizz then enjoy. I like the Cherry flavour kind.

Some mornings Im sturggling i start of with one of these in my water bottle and by the time I've grabbed my jacket and keys ,the tablet had dissolved completely ,which is what I love about thedr - you don't get any powder left at the bottom . The fact that you can have great health benefits from a great tasting drink is very appealing and especially with it being sugar free which is something I'll always favour . The mango flavour is absolutely spot on and my favourite by far as I find it a refreshing taste. I've been really impressed with these berocca tablets . First of all the packaging is good and is very easy to use due to the tube package . The tablets are simple to use by adding to a glass of water . The tablet fizzes up straight away and soon dissolves fully . I noticed a refreshing fruity smell straight away . The taste of the drink is really nice , very fruity with mango and doesn't taste artificial at all . The drink is easy to drink and left me feeling hydrated . I noticed after several servings I definitely had more energy during the day and felt better in myself which was a pleasant surprise.
I thought these tasted a little odd, not like berries, just a generic 'fruit' flavour. It didn't put me off, but it wasn't delicious either.The tablets dissolved well and it would definitely be a good way for people who find swallowing tablets difficult to boost their vitamin intake.Personally I didn't notice a boost in my energy but that could have been due to a number of other confounding factors such as stress, the menopause or other medication.If your feel you are lacking these vitamins I would say give this product a go as they are very reasonably priced.
