Absolutely brilliant!!

I've been feeling a little exhausted lately (teething 18 month old and an almost 3 year old that's into everything!!)I really needed a little boost to help pick me back up. I don't drink energy drinks as they're really bad for your health and I have issues swallowing tablets so I needed something that dissolves.. I came across these and they seemed to be perfect for me!They're packed full of vitamins B's, vitamin C, and a few others. I genuinely feel more refreshed after taking these for a short while.The flavour isn't too bad at all either. They're sugar free and don't have the horrible sweetener after taste.going to stock up on try some of the other flavours!

Berocca is one of my fav vitamin drinks; these mango flavoured effervescent tablets have a lovely slightly sweet flavour. Unlike some generic brands, Berocca drinks taste like vitamins but without too much of a synthetic aftertaste, so pretty much everyone can enjoy them (see the restrictions mentioned on the packaging). These specific tablets are full of B vitamins, which are fantastic for energy and to combat normal daily fatigue. Vit. C, zinc and magnesium are great to support our daily functioning and health. I’d definitely recommend drinking a glass of water with a Berocca and effervescent tablet instead of a caffeinated soft drink - you’ll benefit from its ‘pick me up’ properties and do something beneficial for your health.

Get through with a lift….

I’m in love and I don’t care who knows it! I have Lupus and have Chronic Pain & Fatigue. On days when I want / need to be More with it. Theses tablets are the Best. I can get through the day Alert and with Energy. As long as w take it early in day it doesn’t effect my night sleep even. No “Jumpy” feeling like energy drinks. Tablets taste great alone but are great mixed w OJ! Doesn’t interfere with my other medication’s. If you need a splash of energy without the Yancey, feeling Berocca is for you.

Good Source Of Energy

With my busy schedule of university, work and everyday life, I have been taking energy tablets and supplements for a while, to give me that little extra boost.I normally take these in the morning when I have my morning coffee. I find that’s the best time to try and kickstart my morning routine.I find for me taking these tablets in a glass of warm water is better than cold water, I feel the flavour comes out more, and isn’t as bitter as it is in cold water. Also it smells nicer in warm water too.Just got to make sure you use enough water, otherwise you get the powdery subsidue at the bottom, which isn’t very pleasant.Generally a good product though.

I "highly" recommend this product to anyone looking for an energy boost!

I really like Berocca and have been using this "easy to drink" energy booster for over 10 years now. I don't sleep well since I had both of my hips replaced. I wake up from the pain of sleeping on either one of my sides, I'm a side sleeper. Anyway, since I don't sleep well, I really need help in the morning to get my day started. This product really does help. The B12 and other vitamins in Berocca are not only good for you but really help give me the boost of energy that lasts the whole day.

My favorite flavour yet!!

I'm a big fan of berocca and I've used them for many years because to put it simply, you know what quality you get .my days are physically snd mentally tiring and I always keep a tube of these berocca in my lunch bag . Some mornings Im sturggling i start of with one of these in my water bottle and by the time I've grabbed my jacket and keys ,the tablet had dissolved completely ,which is what I love about thedr - you don't get any powder left at the bottom . The fact that you can have great health benefits from a great tasting drink is very appealing and especially with it being sugar free which is something I'll always favour . The mango flavour is absolutely spot on and my favourite by far as I find it a refreshing taste.
