This is a great supplement for multiple purposes. It is antifungal, antibacterial as well as great for multiple other health issues. Cardiovascular, high blood pressure as well as insulin issues. This helps me in so many ways I would say the 3 biggest changes since taking this is, lowered blood pressure, helps metabolism of insulin, helps me not feel as hungry. I have tried other brands with unexceptable side effects. This brand is my goto brand. I had heard of the benefits and had been looking for Berberine and I found this brand at an affordable price! Berberine is Berberine so the more affordable the better. Plus it is ANOTHER add-on supplement to what I already take! Gee, how much can we spend on daily supplements it is getting crazy! Cost effective and bioavailable

Thank you for this less expensive brand of Berberine! It's part of my daily diabetic routine, and much more affordable than the health store brand.I know it's bioavailable, because my diabetic labs have shown a marked improvement after taking it. In fact, my doctor has been able to decrease my diabetic drugs! Along with good nutrition and exercise, this supplement has been the most important game changer for my health this year.

An excellent drug for those who struggle with insulin resistance in the body. A natural, natural substitute for synthetic Metformin. The capsules are transparent, yellow powder is visible inside, they are easy to drink. The only thing is, I sometimes had a belch, but this is probably a feature of the body. Good ingredient, no taste, good quality, excellent price. The size of the capsule is not big. The dosage is one (1) capsule per day taken with food. I purchased this product for the benefit of helping to support glucose metabolism, and to help support my immune system. Getting back on this ingredient. There is an after-taste, and the size and dosage is as per study guidelines. There does seem to be some great benefit to this, but definitely something that needs to be taken over a longer period of time. A longevity supplement for sure, and will be on the lookout for others that provide more capsules.

Not satisfied

Bought this after the Berberine I purchased at a health food store ran out after 5 weeks. Started taking this and my stool movements turned to almost black dark green. I have no doctor so I went to our local emergency department fearing blood in my stool. No blood. Stopped taking this and in the same 4 days for it to turn dark, I went back to normal. These are not regulated and no testing is done to ensure they are safe to use.
