I am reviewing the brand Best Naturals Biotin 10,000 mcg with 200 count. My nails have always been thin and easy to break. I have been taking these for over a week. I really can see a huge difference while taking these. The capsules are easy to swallow with no scent or taste. Biotin is good for hair, scalp, skin and nails. There isnāt any preservative, sugar, corn,milk, soy, egg, lactose, gluten,yeast,wheat, no fish and itās sodium free.Biotin supports cellular energy production. It also supports immune health. Take one capsule one to two times daily preferably with meals. I like that itās helping my nails.

Great to see a supplement that comes in packet meant to last for 1 year ( 365 daily doses ) .Product seems effective. I notice a difference when I take it.What does āpharmaceutical glaze ā mean in the ingredients list? Also quite a long list in ingredients of chemicals Iād never heard of.

Itās hard for me to write reviews on supplements however this one I can. I took this biotin to help my hair grow. It did seem to work as my hair grew quite a bit while on the supplement. It did not upset my belly or interact with any of my other medications. It was easy to swallow. All nutritional facts are labeled and easy to read on the bottle along with directions and the expiration date is easy to see. Overall I am happy with this supplement and will continue to take it.

I personally prefer to chew the Biotin gummies just because they taste like candy. I decided to give these a try. I take one capsule with food everyday. The capsules are average size and pretty easy to swallow. So far my nails seem to be a little stronger and not so brittle anymore. Also I have a slight boost in energy. Iāll have to check for hair growth in a few weeks after I take my braids out. I have had no nausea or jitters etc.

I originally purchased this product because my hairdresser said that Biotin may help me stop the hair loss I am experiencing (from old age!) After a few months I doubled the dosage from one per day to two per day (6 AM and 6PM). I was surprised to notice that my fingernails were no longer breaking and splitting and my weekly manicure lasted for a whole week (a first for me -- usually I have a broken a nail within 3 days -- from gardening and cooking). I love my natural nails that this supplement has enhanced! As for the hair? So far, I haven't seen a dramatic improvement in the amount of hair, but it doesn't seem to be shedding as much. I am considering the nail improvement as a big WIN!
It seems to be helping my nails as long as I keep polish on them. Otherwise, theyāre still splitting and cracking. However, itās only been a couple of weeks, so time will tell!
