More like 1000 star product! Its such a wholesome, warming hot drink for me. Bought it for my gut health as well as my adult acne problem that came out of nowhere last year. Digestive system is working like a dream and my skin and face is like its new! Im so stunned and happy! Not to mention how fast my hair and nails are growing too!! I have been having a teaspoon in a cup of boiling water daily and it seems to be helping with my energy levels, my hunger cravings and my feelings of wellness have improved. I only started having it one week ago so I'm keen to see how I'm feeling in a month or two.
I like that this product is good for guts, brain, bones, weight loss...the taste is good and it s a hearty little soup to have in winter.
