Overall it's good spa....you need to preset heat hour prior , I wouldn't say it fits 4adults comfortably it is bit small but definitely fits two -three ppl perfectly you can stretch out .,4 ppl you be sitting cross legged....bubbles are very powerful but does make bit of noise ..all in all I love my Cancun

Only thing had to YouTube as instructions very vague. No spa chemicals included and not overly easy to keep clear. Filters need cleaning daily.
If you are like me and not ready to take the "plunge" into a permanent spa, this is perfect. The spa, pump and filter appear surprisingly good quality and with good care should last a long time. It heats quite quickly too. Only watch out is that it is slightly smaller than what the photos make it look. Suitable for 2 to 3 people to be in there comfortably.
Lasted months then started leaking air from top valve in inner wall. Can't be fixed. Have been trying to get a refund for the last 2 weeks. Was promised a refund, but nothing. Save up and buy a hard spa instead. Very disappointed Kogan!!

Love it. We had a large normal spa. Cost a fortune to run. Just 2 of us now and this portable is brilliant. Bubbles are great. Had our first so tonight. Easy to set up. Love it
Let’s just say I was super surprised.. I thought com’on it won’t be that great but at least we are not spending too much. I love this so much and enjoy jumping in after a hard day at work. love Love Love it
Wow with all of the inclusions; its just like the real deal. Quite impressed; comfy, big, secure, only wish it was easier to do a full clean.
