I also bought an Intex pool cover which goes on religiously when not in use. The water has stayed pretty clean that way, I replace about half the water in the pool every other week (kinda like a fish tank, lol). Make sure the pool is on a fairly level surface or you won't be able to fill it up all the way and you'll compromise the frame support.

It is a decent little pool, deep enough for real fun, and large enough for mommy, daddy and the boys to sit and play. It's about 17" deep. It definitely needs a filter, but didn't come with one. Thanks to COVID prices on pools, pumps, and the like are through the gouging-roof and shipping takes many weeks, so we'll live without the pump for now. The seller didn't offer one. Also, you definitely need a net to clean debris without a filter. And the last criticism is the drain hole it at least 3 inches above the bottom of the pool so fully draining this pool to refill (given we have no filter) will be a pain. Because of the drain issue, and for price at $300 it should have had a pump, I couldn't give it any higher overall rating than 3 stars. This pool should never have cost what I paid for it, but once again, COVID 19 has changed the shopping game for sure.

First, just buy the pool without the pump and buy a bigger pump separately. The pump they give with this 800gal plus size pool is only for 330 gal. I noticed the pump was barely doing much the first day and barely working after a couple days and now i know why, poor little guy is exhausted. So i wasted the extra $50 on the pool with pump, i would suggest you guys do not do the same and buy them separately. Also There are instructions with the pool but not like one would think. It just shows a couple of pictures so you have to do some thinking. It was fairly easy to put together once we figured it out though.

Fun for kids and adults!!

The kids have plenty of space in the pool to frolic and several adults can fit comfortably as well for lounging. The pool was easy to put together by myself in about an hour and a half, although the box suggests 2-3 people and that would have been faster. I put this on level concrete with a heavy duty tarp underneath. Make sure to smooth the bottom out once there is about an inch of water, make sure the poles are sitting level, and pull the straps tight to make sure they are even. Super sturdy, not cheap material.The pump gets 4 stars. The pump parts are pretty cheaply made, the hoses are really flimsy and I will probably replace them. The pump itself will probably get the job done, but I will probably upgrade to a little bit stronger one because the output is very weak. So far so good through, we love it!

Loved it until it burst open

Bought in Spring but didn’t assemble until 2nd week of June. Loved every single second of it until it started getting small holes. I used Flex Tape to patch. Then one day (only 2 months of use) the whole seem split open and the pool emptied and flooded my yard. I’ve asked the seller for a replacement liner. We’ll see. Also, I bought a small vacuum and a chlorine floater to help with up keep and those items along with the pump have really made it really enjoyable.

Pool is nice, bad instructions - filter is garbage

Did not come with clear instructions for set up - just teeny tiny pictures of a pool NOT the same size with different parts, and not all pieces were labeled. No instructions for filter. Filter barely functional - cannot keep pool clean and stops working frequently, need to change filter pad constantly which seems to defeat the point. It’s really frustrating. Actual pool seems pretty sturdy and has been great for the kids - it’s a good size for a good price! We have only had it up two weeks and are now working on clearly funky algae even though we have covered, cleaned, used the crappy filter it came with, and checked ph. Hopefully pool shock and chlorine fix the issue.

WORTHLESS, CHEAP TRASH

I thought that it would be fun for the kids to have a splash pool this summer. I purchased this one because it was the right size and had a pump. Upon setting it up and filling the pool, I discovered that all of the hoses were cracked. Because of this, we can't even fill up the pool more than a few inches. Save your money, and don't bother with this worthless trash. We live over an hour from the nearest Target, so we can't even get a refund. Not happy.
