Within 10 minutes the pain fades away and the warmth helps relax the area afterwards for another 10 minutes. Pads can be replaced after around 6 months. I absolutely love the product.

I am that sort of a person who don't take medicines so in difficult days of menstrual pain I used to struggle a lot. When I got to know about this drug free pain relief device then it was sort of no brainer for me. It is so easy to use and self adhesive pads works perfectly. I mostly use that option warming function as it soothes the pain and give quick relief mostly in winters. I feel like that I got a friend in my difficult days. Highly recommended it.

I have used tens machines for a few years now. After my last wireless one broke, I decided to try this one as it has the heat, but it's really not good quality.The whole thing is held together with sticky back plastic, which started to come apart after a few weeks. I don't see how it could ever hold up for 12 months.The pads last such a short period of time, that it is costing a fortune to replace them. I once wore this machine for about 4 hours (not on constantly, just in place so I could turn it on when needed) and the pads were rolling up and I needed to replace these. I don't know if it's the heat function causing them to not stick to the device, or the pads are just that bad.Finally, you only get 2 hours of use out of this before needing to charge it. 2 ... The whole mechanism is so wonderful. It gives wonderful pain relief without any painkillers. The whole thing is easy to use and understand and is a stress-busting gizmo. The temperature increases slowly to give a warm soothing effect and the TENS pulses give relief from menstrual pain. I love the rechargeable battery aspect so I don't have to hunt for batteries. It is very compact and has a very soft body.

It fits easily into all my different handbags and can be worn under clothing totally undetectable. The controls are super easy to use and it heats up instantly. The material its made out of is nice and smooth to the touch and very comfortable to wear. The difference this magic little device made to my period pains is incredible. I love it! Looks very nice and it's definitely durable but the rubber is soft and nice in touch. Perfect shape. Tens can be adjusted, for me half of the scale is enough. It heats up gently but it does the job. If no need the heat it's always possible to switch it off. Battery is strong enough. The only thing I can't understand, why it beeps when pushing any button? It's so annoying and even embarrassing. One star less because of the sound it makes.
