This is a fantastic purchase. I've had neck and back issues my whole life and had to rely on chiropractors which are way too expensive to see often. This massager was a little pricey for my budget but I can tell you it was 100% worth it. It really feels like hands massaging your neck and it works well for the back and shoulders too. One thing I will say is don't get excited about the heat function, it's not really that warm at all. I've had the massager for about a month. Fantastic product!

Leather & mesh covering moves due to friction & motion of the rotating balls. This causes the material to pinch into the balls not allowing the ability of movement to occur. There is no zipper to rectify the jammed material unless one uses a lot strength to try to pull it back into place and this affects the wiring mechanism to be damaged. In regards to the function buttons, the location needs be placed much much lower on the arm strap for ease of reach or a remote control would be helpful (and the straps need to be longer). Also extra material used as padding around the mesh section would comfortably protect areas of the body with muscle aches etc. I do think this massager is great in design but does need the recommendations for improvement mentioned above.

Amazing

Bought this during lockdown to help with my aching neck and shoulders, as I couldn't go to physio. Feels like a real person massaging you! I like that you can use the handles to manouever the massager to the perfect spot. Ive found with some massage cushions I can't get a good neck massage, but this does it all. A bit pricey, but totally worth it. I've already encouraged 2 others to buy this.

OMG! This got me out of so much trouble. My neck was in absolute pain while I was at work on a Saturday. I ordered this and picked it up a when I finished work and it worked perfectly. It gave me pleasant tingles as it massaged the knots out of my neck and shoulders. For the price of 2 Massages I now have something I can use as needed.

Great shiatsu feature

This massager works really well and allows a user to focus on targeted areas, the control pad is easy to operate.The biggest design flaw is the material cover, it rubs skin and can cause irritation. Use with a microfibre cloth or soft material over neck or skin area to deal with this issue. Other than the material issue, the massage mechanism is very effective.

I've had this for approx 3 weeks now. You can loop your arms in it and use it while watching TV which is great. But recently I started putting it flat on the couch and laying my neck/shoulders onto it and it is bliss! I have to prop my head up on a pillow because the massage balls can pack some punch, but once I get the positioning right, turn the heat function on (which doesn't get super hot, but definitely warm), the 15-minute auto shut off happens (which you can turn back on again if you want) and my neck/shoulder muscles are relaxed and I am ready for bed! The lowest setting is enough for me, but there are two other ones that don't massage harder, they just increase the speed of rotation.
