Absolutely love the Bezzera Duo MN. I upgraded to this machine because I wanted something that was reliable, beautiful and allowed me to enjoy the manual settings of a machine. The maintenance reminders are so helpful. Its an extremely easy and straight forward machine to use and to maintain. Best money spent in a long time

Beautiful Italian design - I drive an Alfa so I’m especially partial to the Milano crest in the logo. Top tier functionality in every way. Easy to maintain and clean. Pulls stellar shots and the dual boiler allows outstanding steam pressure for frothing. Easily the perfect centerpiece for any at home coffee aficionado - at whatever level of experience. Must have!!

As advertised in all aspects. Easy to use and program. I would turn the steam temp up to full- 266F and work down from there if you need to, Well worth the money! Clive Coffee was great in answering all my questions and concerns.

Simple to use, but provides a professional coffee experience
Bezzera Duo MN is a great machine , does a great job making lattes, taste better than Starbucks coffee.
I have bought what is probably the last machine of my life. My previous one I bought used and, with regular maintenance, it lasted 15 years until I left it plumbed into the house I sold last summer. I researched machines for a long time before deciding on the Bezzera Duo and then saved for it (it was more than I had originally budgeted). The Duo is beautifully machined. Just look at the chassis underneath the drip tray to see the quality. The features available through the touch screen such as scheduling on/off, maintenance reminders, being able to dial in the brew head and steamer temperatures are amazing. It is by far the quietest machine I’ve ever used. It is by far the quietest machine I’ve ever used. It took me a week or so to dial in my grinder, but I am now consistently pulling 1:2 ratio espressos in 30 secs. that are sweet, rich and creamy. Oh, and on a purely aesthetic level, the rosewood handles are a nice touch of luxury.Next week I’m moving into a new house where I plan to plumb it in. This will make this already fantastic machine just that much better.I expect this machine will last 30 years. Let’s hope I do too.
Paul at Clive Coffee was outstanding and patient in answering my questions and helping to choose among all of the different machines they offer. Paul helped me understand that the move expensive dual boiler machines offer more consistent espresso quality and are worth the added expense, and being plumbable is a real plus. When I looked at the dual boiler machines in their shop, they had several, including La Marzocco, Lelit Bianca, Rocket, Profitec and ECM. Visually, I felt that the Bezzera is a real stand out. I love the gorgeous chrome finish and the included olive wood accents on the portafilters and knobs, and the touchscreen makes the Bezzera a one of a kind. I love the gorgeous chrome finish and the included olive wood accents on the portafilters and knobs, and the touchscreen makes the Bezzera a one of a kind. I know that there are "purists" who think the machines should have the steampunk look of a 1925 typewriter, but the touchscreen display is very beautiful, and it's incredibly useful. On any other machine, you either don't get the information, or you need to use a smartphone app, or decode cryptical dots and lights. Honestly.... all of those solutions are a lot worse. Besides, Bezzera is the original Milan, Italy espresso machine maker, since 1901. They are the authentic, real deal in espresso machines. For starters, the touchscreen lets you easily configure the On/Off timer, so the machine is warmed up every morning. No secret code, no bluetooth app, no programmable power switch. It's just right there, easy as pie. And you can see the temperature of the brew and steam boilers, whether the boilers are full, and their pressure, right from that screen. I can change the brew and steam boiler temperatures from that screen, run cleaning flushes from it, program cleaning reminders, and more. When I brew espresso, it turns into a shot timer. Doing all this stuff using an external phone app or a plug-in screen is not as good, and the screen isn't very big; the steampunk Italian design is still there, in all its chrome-plated glory.Using this machine is pure joy. It is available with the standard E61 or the Bezzera group head. The E61 is the "classic" design, and you use a manual lever to start and end your shot. with the Bezzera group head, it's electrically pre-heated, which is admittedly better, and you use electronic buttons which dose a selected amount of water for the shot. The Bezzera head is better if others who will use the machine don't want to be bothered with starting and stopping the brew; they just push a button and get their shot, but you can still manually start and stop the brew if you want.Mine is the E61-based MN model, and the espresso flavor is just indescribable. I just LOVE having my morning coffee now!The machine also has no problem steaming milk. It's very powerful, and after some effort, I'm able to draw flowers and hearts onto the top of my cappuccino. It took me time and I'm still working on my steaming and pouring techniques, but of course the flavor is always great.Along with this machine, Clive sold me a wonderful tamping station called the Block Party, which beautifully matches the machine, as well as a set of cappuccino cups which optimize the latte art. I truly cannot recommend this machine enough.
What a joy to use. Simple and easy in the mornings. Many features on this machine that punch above its weight class. For working folks the on/off timer ensures that when you stumble into the kitchen in the morning the machine is already up to temperature and ready to give you its treasures. That alone is not something you’ll see on many machines.
so far everything is well
