I looked for a while before settling on the Matrix. I wanted a twin boiler PID Machine with an E61, for temperature stability. I like the fact the unit retains the old school features but has the new digital features and capabilities. The ability to easily manipulate temperatures, pressures and times, as well as the extra flow control, provides a plethora of options to an espresso. So far it has proved excellent in function and features.

Bought The Bezerra and got shipped the wrong model, they then shipped the right model but it arrived damaged. They then advised me to fix the broken machine so they don't need to replace it, by sending a YouTube video. I didn't realize I bought a $3000 coffee machine from Ikea.
