Rug was the perfect colour but does need backing so it won't slip. The mattress protector was all cotton very happy.
I bought this after an extensive search for a quality fully cotton mattress protector to fit my tall mattress. The fabric has a soft, smooth but strong cotton cover with a good amount of all cotton filling, not polyester like other brands. Ask yourself why buy one with a cotton cover but polyester filling? The cover extends over the edge of the mattress to give it extra coverage and the skirt/sides of the protector are a nice cotton as well, not that yucky polyester stretchy kind. Elastic is superior as well, and therefore the mattress protector provides ample coverage over my very tall mattress. The item is exactly as the photos shown online. I have no hesitation in buying this item in the future, or purchasing from T&W again.
