Kind of funny that the one star review is unhappy that this contained so much non-recipe content - that's why I bought it! You can find recipes online but this is a trove of information to make you a better cook, vegan or not. (It's also gorgeously photographed and does have a lot of highly tempting recipes.)

This thing needs to be spiral-bound so I don't have to worry about the spine or the glue. I love the layout, the print size, and the photos - good grief the photos alone make me hungry. Definitely a keeper!

I love this book. It has so much useful information and big flavor recipes. I’m not vegan but I love love the recipes! You can easily substitute nonvegan ingredients.

This is a beautifully written and illustrated as well as thorough work. This book has a lot of information for those who are vegan curious or just beginning their vegan journey but has much to offer long term vegans as well. The photography is stunning and the recipes are beautifully complex and astoundingly delicious. If you have never tried any of Nisha's recipes before you are in for a wonderful surprise. If you have tried her recipes before, you will be blown away--I think this book is her best work yet.

Nisha is one of my favorite online vegan chefs - Rainbow Plant Life - and her cookbook is as awesome as she is. It's not just a collection of recipes, but a wealth of information about how to cook. And BIG flavor is not an exaggeration. I've been making her recipes for 3 years now, learning from her YouTube videos, and they are truly the yummiest. I credit her with teaching me how to love eating tofu, too. The only thing I don't like -- and not really -- is that the recipes aren't in my recipe app, Paprika, which I've been using exclusively for years now. I got rid of all my other cookbooks. But this a sort of cooking resource that can be your solo cookbook. Highly recommend!
