Got this for my birthday. Like all big boi products quality is amazing and the suction is fantastic compared to similar priced industrial vacuums. The many crevice tools makes getting debri or dog hair from even the tightest areas a breeze. I do eventually plan on investing in the extraction kit but am enjoying its vacuum capabilities after my one month of ownership

I have just bought this last week very happy with its performance and long hose and pretty good suctionDown side the 2 clips on both sides keep coming open and don’t hold bit of a pain
Overall a great product, it cleans the car really well and has a great assortment of tools. I really like the long hose, it means I can leave the vacuum in one spot and reach the whole inside of the car.Down sides are that the plastic clips that hold the top section of the vacuum to the bottom section are really poor quality. After using the vacuum twice they don't hold on properly. They should be metal clips. The brush that I mostly use is already showing signs of wear, I am don't have a lot of confidence that this part will last very long. There are very few to no instructions (depending on parts) for putting together the parts that require assembly.Overall a good product but for the price it could have aspects that are better constructed.
all-round decent the various heads it comes with are good and will do the trick the suction is okay not worth the price though the remote is a great accessory to just chuck in your pocket mid-detail and turn off and on your vacuum or change the power its quiet another bad part, however, is the latch on the vacuum unit is quite poor quality the wheels for turning are good but in your on a slope they are a nightmare could use some sort of brake now would i recommend it yes and no it depends on how much you want to spend i got it at a discount i wouldn't buy at the price it is though but the problem is finding a good portable detailing vac in australia when sourcing products like rigid is not worth it.
Love this machine and the kit to add extraction works SO GOOD. If your on the fence or looking for a new unit for carpets or seats ?? This is it and awesome suction power too.
##Buyer beware ##Save your money.After purchasing a so called high quality vacuum (Suckr),after 5 months worth of light use the unit failed.Traveling 1.5 hours to the repair agent or send back to Sydney at your own cost,the circuit board needed to be replaced.No parts available and even the agent said the quality is crap.This was validated with a wall of vacuums cleaners and pressure washers waiting to be repaired.Obviously Bigboi have a huge quality issue.No refund or compensation offered by Bigboi and service department is offshore.Do your self a favour and stay away.
Good vac. The clips that hold it together are extremely poor and it falls apart. $500 for a machine that falls apart how did this get past R&D ? Were they drunk ?Other than that it’s a good vac.
Very happy with my purchase, it works very well and happy with the results
