My builder said I must put a Billi on my new butler's pantry. I love it. Always boiling water for tea, coffees, rinsing a knife. Filling pot for boiling on stove. Making instant gravy instantly!! I don't have iced water, but always cold filtered water on tap.

I bought this Billi 6 months ago to fit in with our new kitchen. I use it all day, every day from cups of tea, to cooking to a multitude of things that a kettle or stove simply takes too long for. It has worked reliably every time and I'd be lost without it. Would definitely recommend!

Sleek and stylish tap. It’s quick and easy to use. With the added safety feature, kids can help themselves to cold water when ever and filling up their own water bottle without having the worries of them getting burn by the hot water. No more spilling in the kitchen from big and heavy jug. Our tap did have an issue and the service team came out the next day to assist.
I’m so happy with my Billi boiling and ambient filtered water tap. No more waiting for the jug to boil. Works perfectly, and the filtered water tastes so good. It’s so easy and convenient, I even water my plants with the filtered water and they love it too. Best appliance I put in my new kitchen. I feel like it’s a rock star kitchen.I did research before I purchased and I believe it’s the best product on the market.
Very effective replacement for our old unit (a different brand), which had packed up after reaching 10 years of age. The 'Eco' setting for the Billi is really helpful in putting the unit into 'sleep' mode when not used for a few hours, although the latest procedure to activate this was not included in the manual and we had to call the technical help desk to get it set up. The overhang of the outlet over the sink is not quite as much as our previous unit , but this is not really a drawback (e.g. we can still easily fill bottles with filtered water, etc.). Please be aware that the pressure of flow out of the tap is perhaps a bit stronger than some other brands / models, so you just need to take a little extra care to avoid splash when dispensing hot water.
Installation was smooth and tidy, and the unit functions as described. We have been monitoring power consumption, which has been approx 1.1 kWh per day. I think that's about 8-10 kettle boils worth, which is probably slightly more than we used the kettle before, so we may not have benefitted on energy efficiency.I'm slightly disappointed that the ambient filtered water initially runs quite warm (I guess the reservoir of boiled water stopped in the unit is heating the ambient water). This is the reason for the 4 stars in my rating.But for convenience of a quick coffee, and the taste of the filtered water, I'm very happy with our new Billi tap.
We are so glad to have the Billi B400 installed into our kitchen. We now have instant hot water so we have done away with the kettle. Also, since the Billi comes with an inbuilt filter system, we have also eliminated our old filter system. I dont think we can go back to life without a Billi.
I bought the new billi when the zip died again .It was out with the old and in with the new . The element broke quite quickly but was renewed at no cost from a friendly billi man .And it’s been amazing ever since . Well worth the price .
When researching we found Billi ticked all the right boxes for us. Namely:- Australian made- Boiling Water Safety Switch- Energy Efficient- Swivel Function- No special ventilation required- One tap providing both boiling and ambient filtered waterWe had some issues after installation and Chris from Billi contacted me and very patiently talked me through the steps. (Hopefully the manual will be updated soon :) ).Needless to say, we certainly don't miss having a kettle in the kitchen.So thrilled with our purchase. Every home should have one. Seriously!
