I bought these due to having digestion problems. Firstly, they are so easy to take/swallow. I take one with every meal. The first few days I was a little poorly (sore tummy, flu like symptoms) but after that I felt great. I used to suffer with indigestion and I haven’t done since I’ve been taking them. Alongside this, I also don’t seem to be coming down with bugs/minor illnesses as much as I used too. I have so much more energy too. The cost of these is so reasonable in consideration to the benefits that I’ve listed above.

Awesome product! I bought the Bio-Kult 120 capsules for my 82 years old mum who has been suffering from digestive issues for so many years. Since taken these capsules my mum has been extremely happy. Her symptoms such as a mixture of constipation, diarrhoea, severe cramps have lessened and the symptoms are improving every day. My mum’s appetite is back too and she is a much happier person. Decided to try these as after suffering from digestive issues, possibly leaky gut. After taking two pills a day I felt massively better after only 4 days. I take one pill a day and now also eat lots of natural yoghurt to a strengthen my gut biome. Personally I think my poor diet and a stressful job killed off my healthy gut bacteria and now these pills help top it up. Had issues with my thyroid too that have also seemed to improve when taking the pills.

Great wellknown probiotic at a great price. 1. They are great for travel and otherwise! I take then a couple of week before travel so make sure you do this for full effect and it keeps my stomach strong through changes in enviroment. No more getting sick. 2. No need to refrigerate which is handy. Lots of probiotics lose effect wihout a fridge. 3. Easy to swallow and a nice size even for kids.

My stomach/bowel after examination, was cleared of any nasties but it was explained to me that I now had a sensitive stomach and I would be on medication. My doctor recommended these Bio-Kult Advanced Multi-Strain Formulation for Digestive System, which the specialist rolled his eyes over, but I tried them initially two tablets once a day, with a healthy skepticism. To my surprise, the pain in my bowel has lessened to an occasional grumble when I eat the wrong thing and the sinuses have improved. I bought another brand which worked very well after antibiotics for cystitis and BV. However, they were quite expensive so I did some research. These have the same strains of friendly bacteria with a couple of extra ones. They rebalance the gut bacteria and resolve digestive issues. This helps prevent BV and cystitis too. I will continue to by these because I am so pleased with them.

I had gut issues that i won't go into detail about (not IBS) and thought these might be worth trying. And i was amazed because they really did clear up the problem which had been going on for years. I'm not sure if i need to keep taking them or not, but have been doing so although not every day. It's not always like this for people of course - I've tried my fair share of different supplements for various complaints and never had much joy. Hence being so pleased with these, but of course for some people they may turn out to be disappointing.

THEN I had to take a course of antiobiotics in March 2023 and then after this (as my gut bacteria had been completely nuked by them) I took my probiotics again and reacted really badly to them. I went into these with high hopes based on the countless positive reviews. The box arrived damaged first. The capsules were simple enough to take, And I have tried using them but caused significant itching and no help with symptoms. I know you need to take them long term to have beneficial effects but I did not feel it was worth the risk in my case. I was itching all night and this probiotic is the only thing that changed in my diet. I was taking 2 capsules a day, one in the morning and one in the evening. I guess with so many strains it is difficult to isolate what is causing the issues. And the gut is so complex. This product could work fine, but I would say proceed with caution. Maybe start off with one capsule a day?

I then restarted them just in case it was coincidence, and within a few more days had all the same symptoms as first time, along with diarrhoea on par with norovirus, lasting days, even after stopping the tablets again. Remaining tablets now in the bin. Hoping the symptoms settle soon.
