The product is quite good, I have bought it many times and it suits me very well. I rate the product as good depending on how each body feels
This is a high strength b12 and it is the Methylcolbamin which is better absorbed by the body. I think this an effective b12 source & the tablets are almost tasteless, so no nasty surprises! These are supposed to dissolve under the tongue. Maybe I don't have enough saliva to do this as I have a medical condition resulting in dry mouth. Once the tablets soften I tend to chew them towards the end. They are not huge, so not such a drama.
Excellent source of B12. Energy Galore.
I cut them in half. The dose is still plenty strong enough to do a fine job. In addition, they fit under the tongue more easily. When whole, much of them goes into mouth saliva and then down the gullet - and it is mainly not absorbed. For this reason, I would not buy B12 that was not sub-lingual.
