Great service and great products
It is a live probiotic culture that really gets to work in the gut settling down inflammation in 14 days. However I was extremely annoyed by the fact that it was shipped to me in a plastic bag instead of a fridge pack to keep it cool as being a live probiotic it must be kept cool so I will not purchase from this supplier again.

I've got ulcerative colitis & this product calms my bowels down so I have a semblance of normal bowel movement. It is rather pricey though.
