This cream is remarkable. I have contact dermatitis/eczema that can flare up really bad sometimes. My spot often gets extremely sore from scratching or picking in my sleep and it leaves me with dry, tender sores on my body, that often bleed. I'm so happy I received a sample of Bioderma Atoderm intensive balm in the mail, because I never tried this brand before but I'm so impressed by its gentle effectiveness. I'm very hard on my hands! From factory work, washing dishes and using alot of hand sanitizer throughout the day my hands become so dry. I applied it one night at work and it gave my sore dry hand instant relief! The balm absorbs quickly, isn't at all greasy, has no fragrance and is very gentle on your skin. After using for 1 week my hands already look visibly refreshed and moisturized.Now that I have tried this balm it has become a little gem in my purse, I bring it with me wherever I go!

Genuine thoughts/NOT part of promotion: I was looking for a fragrance free cooling moisturizer for my face, and this works perfectly! The cooling effect lasts for only a few minutes, but in that time it completely gets rid of any irritation and heat on my face. This moisturizer also has cleared up some blemishes on my face, I think due to the high concentration of niacinamide in this product (3rd ingredient!) There are some drawbacks to this product though that prevent me from giving it 5 stars. Firstly it is extremely lightweight but not very moisturizing. I have combo/oily skin, so it's not a big deal for me but this is advertised for very dry skin, and I don't think this would cut it for those skin types. I recently had moved to a colder climate and my hands and skin is so dry. My hands were actually so dry they were starting to crack. Then I received this little bottle of relief and literal magic in the mail. I had forgotten I had even signed up for it. But it couldnāt have came at a better time. My hands are now back to normal. Not too mention as soon as I applied this on my hands wow what a relief I was given. I also used it on my legs and it was just absolute pure bliss. Initially, I started using it for my dry hands then started using it for my face since I use tretinoin and it gets dry. I'm very oily and did not feel my face get any oilier just the normal amount if not a little less. We went to a water park and my two littles got chafing from the life vest straps and one application and they did not complain about it again. I plan to purchase the big bottle. It's pricey but you don't need much.
