I have been buying this product since it was recommended to me after the passing of my son. I know keep a bottle on hand for those days when work is a little stressful or the excitement of the day continues through the night. I combine it with deep breathing and a relaxation process and find it is the combination of all three that provides me with the best sleep

I tried this for quite a while - even going up to the highest dose - but achieved no results using it. Had a sleep study done instead and it turns out I have severe sleep apnoea and these will not help at all. Maybe something like this should be dispensed by the pharmacist who can assess whether a person's symptoms are just due to a lack of melatonin or something else.

It didnāt work for me at all, but other reviewers on here have had luck. I believe it is purely placebo affect.
I am 60 years old and have had trouble sleeping for 20 years. This product is amazing. I now sleep all night and am truly happy. I brought this product about a month ago, followed the instructions on how to take it and is honestly the best product for sleep Iāve ever taken. I have problems taking normal tablets, but this is the easiest tasteless chewable tablet. I highly recommend, as it also does what itās supposed to. Iād take the recommended dosage and be out to it within 30mins. The best product.
Melatonin is a hormone which we produce in the brain to help sleep. Itās great that a low dose can be purchased to help with sleep without a prescription. It works because we produce it naturally in our own bodies to instigate sleep so having a booster really helps. (Itās not an alternative therapy)
I bought this around 2 weeks ago and boy was I happy after a good night's rest. Even when having to wake up at 4 or 5 am. I take one of these and one of bioglans bioavailable magnesium and it's perfect for my restless nights trying to get to sleep and stay asleep. Doesn't give wierd dreams like other sleeping herbs and such.
This was the last Natural product I tried in order to help me sleep (I tried all other brands you stock). Every morning I wake up between 3:30-4 AM and unable to get back to sleep regardless of the time I sleep.This was my last hope before I resulted in having to go to the doctors to get a prescription as it's been this way for over 4 months.I am so amazed by this product and how much energy I have all the time now!Highly recommend :)
I've been having issues with getting a good solid sleep for quite sometime. I tried this as a few of my friends recommended it. It definitely relaxed me, like I didn't realize I had passed out. I do think this is a short term fix, for those nights that I struggle to sleep. I wouldn't recommend long term use of this.
