It didn't work for me, I eat healthy and very early dinner and then go to bed after 3/4 hours. Tried follow instructions but even 4-5pills didn't work for me. First couple of days I was hopeful as I was feeling at least little dozed off.

I took for granted the ingredients listed melatonin but I couldn't find a dose. It's homoeopathic. Super diluted down quantities. Took the recommended 3 (to 5 in my case) with no drowsiness. Same sleep patterns as always.

I bought this 2 weeks ago. It is useless. Even after taking 3-5 tablets as suggested not even felt sleepy for a single moment. Tried for 2 weeks without any success. Not recommend it to anyone.

I suffer from bad insomnia and it didn't help with that but I found that I did feel more refreshed in the morning so I figure the sleep I have is good quality sleep. I don't feel so exhausted as I used to.
I have been using these sleep tablets for years now, but, just lately over the last 6 to 12 mths they have not been working for me, or my partner. Perhaps it was mind over matter when taking them maybe the Co. has changed the ingredients? Won't be buying them again.
Been using these for awhile and they work a treat. Whilst my mother prefers the gummies, I find these more effective and I only take a couple as opposed to the up to 5 recommended, no after effects the next morning either.
This product is a complete placebo, if you want actual melatonin for sleep you are better off buying it online from the US. You can blame the TGA for allowing this garbage and chemist warehouse for happily selling it. Don't believe me? Look up what Melatonin 6X actually is. "A 6X preparation results in a final concentration of 0.000001" (with no base amount specified anywhere)
I contacted Bioglan when the previous melatonin product was discontinued. They had to change the label and add a couple of extra ingredients, but it is the same homeopathic melatonin strength as before. So if the old one worked for you, then this one will too.
I’m not sure if this works or not. I think it made me slightly sleepy. The taste alone is enough for me to move on to trying a different product. The medium sized tablets have to be chewed. They look like and taste like chalk.
I have been struggling with sleep and the nightly routine of quilt on, quilt off, was desperate so gave these a go, I think they have definitely helped.
