It's an excellent source of protein and mixes easily with water, joghurt and just about anything else you can imagine. I've been using it for years now and I've always been happy. My favorite flavors are vanilla (very neutral) and cookies (kinda sweet but still tasty). I personally don't like chocolate, but hey, de gustibus. Anyways, I'd definitely recommend this Whey to everyone who wants to raise his/her protein intake.

Bought this to help myself retain muscle after shoulder surgery in combo with a separate casein protein. Working well. Like that it includes glutamate and bcaa. Good price

As possitive, I can say that it gives at least protein as described. But other than that it isn't tasty and like syrup. Powder is not good to consume and feels very bad after usage. Don't recommend

Great taste of hazelnut but somehow slightly too sweet. No lumps, not strong or weird aftertaste. Honestly that packaging is like a bag of chips...half empty. Waste of plastic. It can be smaller. So far i love it . Bought bourbon vanilla as well...even better taste.
