It's really impressive when I used it the first time in my pilates workout today. I could feel quick rehydrated and reenergized. And now I can feel relaxing after the precise exercise with full body muscle engaged in the Pilates this afternoon.Love these Biotrace Elite electrolyte drops!Definitely I will be keeping using it when I go to the pilates workout each time.

I have been suffering with leg cramps and severe cramps in my feet. Headaches and dehydration. I kept loading up with magnesium which never really fixed it. Lots of water too. I got a sauna and started using 3-4 times a week and it got worse and worse. The headaches and cramps. Then I found this. Wow. Sorted. Headaches gone. Cramps gone. I drop it in my water all day long. I'm a right around the year exerciser (inside and outside) and always sweat, summers are especially draining on my system. Having 1 litre of electrolyte a day definitely helps my hydration and recovery, helps with the taste of water (which I've never liked) and has none of the yukky ingredients the loudly coloured electrolytes have. Very happy with this product, have been using for years.
Great product for replenishing your lost minerals through exercise and/or hot days. Helps with hydration levels with my migraines too. But I add to my water every day now. Product makes water taste like stale water but I just add water fruit drops to mask flavour and you're good to go. You'll get over it because product works very well. You use very little so product lasts a long time. Highly recommended!!!
