I just can't get it down. The taste nearly makes me sick, no matter if in a smoothie or juice or lemon water, therefore I don't get to experience the effect. So if you are sensitive to taste, stick with tablets.
I bought this because the usual capsule form I had been taking wasn't available. The dose is 1ml per day and the eyedropper is calibrated. Unfortunately no matter how hard I tried, the eyedropper would not draw up 1ml. I had to draw up .5mls twice which took a bit of trial and error to get the right amount.
Not the best taste - but happy to see it in liquid formula with a pippet
We have used elemental zinc with vitamin C for years at the first signs of illness and it has been very effective.
I have seen a marked improvement in my mood since taking this, and it has greatly helped my hip pain.Very pleased I discovered this and I will keep taking. Dropper is also very easy to use.
Great product, just the taste is pretty intense. I take it with lemon. Love the bottle and the company seems good and sits in AKL.I need way less than when taking a tablet form. Definitely recommend it.
