A very healthy for those wanting to not eat rice but to eat something different, healthy and filling too and for vegetarians. Add extra veggies and some spices like turmeric or a little curry, some white onion or chopped shallots. Its easy and quick to use to get your meal on the table for you and/our your hungry family.

I like the convenience and longevity of this product, however because it has to be kept in the freezer and it’s ‘rice’ size, it becomes ‘very icy’ so it takes longer to cook.

This is one of the most effective frozen vegetables I've found, and comes up much better than whole frozen vegetables which tend to taste watery when cooked. I used to make vegy rice myself but this saves a huge amount of time

Hubby was not a fan. I wasn't too impressed either. If you use it, try and press dry it before use. Has a strong brocc/cauli flavour

Not bad, very watery when you cook it up. I’m still preferring the individual bags of rice cauliflower and rice broccoli

I wrote a review on what I call vegie rice but I can add this. Yesterday I had plant based pork and prawns, bean sprouts, peas, beans, spices and herbs and my broccoli and Cauliflower rice. I cooked them together in my pan spraying it but also adding a little sesame oil. I served this on rocket. For me it was absolutely delicious and I felt like I had eaten special fried rice. No meat, low GI, and healthy!

I'm the only one in the household who eats broccoli and cauliflower so this product is great to satisfy my cravings and I can hide it in fried rice, soup and stir fry. Kids don't realise they are eating veg.
