The red curry sauce is amazing. A quick question say and healthy meal you can throw together with some rice and steamed veggies in less than 15 minutes. Definitely going to keep on of these in my freezer at all times.
Used as a GF fish meal in our household! 1 GF, 1 Not! ( Birdseye non GF fish for him) Easy to cook separately, steamed fish! Almost too curred but like. ( steamed citrus type fish also good)

We have been buying this wonderful product for years & all the variants are well and truly worth trying. IT is soooo simple to produce a brilliant healthy dinner or lunch. I normally defreeze it over night and then pop it into the microwave for 6 minutes, served with vegies and/or steamed potatoes: yum me! This is a constant in our freezer and restocked via Woolies when it is discounted. Highly recommended!
