What surprised me was the size of the broccoli florets and the balance of veg included. Often these packs are overloaded with one veg or another corn usually from my experience and the pieces are often so finely cut that they turn to mush when cooked. Not this pack it's like I prepared the veg myself cut the way I would cut with no mush after cooking. I love this product.

Having a variety of frozen veges in freezer makes more sense than lots of fresh which goes bad quickly... more economical

I love vegies and one of my grandchildren cannot have peas so this combination of vegies is ideal. I add these to my cooking whether it is in combination with vegie rice or as a side dish. Goes well with a cheesy sauce as well.
